In six weeks, Amy Winehouse will officially be a divorced woman. The Amy Winehouse divorce from Blake Fielder Civil has been in the works for awhile now, as Civil has allegedly accused the bee-hived singer to have committed adultery.

An Amy Winehouse divorce from Blake Fielder Civil is happening! Amy Winehouse just returned to London this week to appear in court for an assault charge. However, after eight months of vacationing in the Caribbean, Winehouse has come back to an almost final divorce from her estranged husband Blake Fielder Civil. Fielder Civil began divorce proceedings back in January of 2009 when he was in jail for assault and now today a judge is expected to award Blake the decree for the divorce.

While the reason for the divorce has not been publicly been cited, it is rumored that the reasoning for the divorce is adultery. Winehouse was caught canoodling with another man on her St. Lucian vacation. So whats up for grabs? Considering the couple does not have children, Winehouse’s $10 million fortune could be a strong possibility for Blake to attain a part of.

Winehouse’s spokesperson says, “She is ready to move on following the end of the marriage. Amy has not had any contact with Blake for months and is focusing on the future. She is finishing her album and in good health.”

Amy Winehouse has apparently left the clinic she’s been in for weeks and has popped up topless in St. Lucia.Amy Winehouse was recently spotted on vacation in the Caribbean. While with friends on St. Lucia, she decided to take off her bikini top and enjoy a dip in the ocean.

Amy is apparently visiting friends for the holidays. This marks a stark change of scenery, as she has been in the London Clinic for several weeks, recovering from a “reaction to medication.”This isn’t the first time the 25 year old troubled singer has spent time in St. Lucia. During the summer of 2007, she and husband Blake Fielder-Civil took a week long vacation to the island in a $1400 a night suite. Maids were horrified after the couple checked out at the state the room was left in. They reported that there was blood and vomit all over the bathroom. Amy Winehouse V Festival Performance 2008

Amy Winehouse performed at the V Festival in Staffordshire tonight, and she was a hot mess. Besides looking like she had not slept for days, she arrived 20 minutes late, which forced her band to keep the crowd amused while everyone waited.Dlisted, who has dubbed the troubled singer the Crackie of Camden, seems to have chosen a very fitting name. Amy’s hair was a tangled mess, her makeup was smeared all over her scabby face and her hands were filthy black. Aside from her appearance, her mind seemed to be on other things as she forgot the words to her hit, Back to Black, and mumbled to herself in between songs.

Amy dedicated the next song, Wake Up Alone, to her husband Blake Fielder-Civil. But that didn’t go over well with the crowd who responded by booing.At least she is a step ahead of last year’s performance, which she missed due to a suspected drug overdose. Maybe next year will be the charm.

I have to agree, it is one of the best wax figures I have seen. It is very life like, right down to her tattoos. The wax version of Amy is wearing the gorgeous, sexy, yellow double layer mini dress and sexy black high heels that Amy wore down the red carpet at the 2007 British Awards. Blake Fielder-Civil Takes Heroin In Prison

The Sun could run a business just on their exclusive pictures of Blake Fielder Civil and Amy Winehouse doing drugs. The most recent photos are of Blake, who is currently in prison, “chasing the dragon,” which is the name drug users call it when you heat heroin on foil and inhale the smoke fumes released.

This is not the first set of pictures published of Amy or Blake partaking in drug activity. Earlier this year, The Sun published photos of Amy Winehouse smoking crack. Many had hoped that with “Blake incarcerated,” the two would be able to get clean and maintain a sober lifestyle. However, this has not been the case. Amy has been to rehab, but admitted to doing drugs the whole time. While Blake, who is serving time in London’s Pentonville Prison, has had many rumors of drug use about him while in jail. Now there are pictures of Blake doing heroine to prove it. A Pentonville source said: “Blake takes heroin whenever he can get hold of it. His claims to be clean are a fallacy and it is obvious he remains dependent.”

Amy Winehouse took the stage an hour late in Lisbon, Portugal for her first concert since leaving rehab. She gave the underwhelmed crowd a 55-minute set at the Rock in Rio, which was headlined by Lenny Kravitz.Amy’s physical appearance is also a topic of discussion. Cuts were visible on her left arm and she wore a bandage on her right arm.

Amy Winehouse Gone Back To Rehab

After weeks and months of photos of a cracked out Amy Winehouse, and stories of demons haunting her the troubled singer is giving rehab another shot. Amy will fly to Israel to undergo a “very short, intensive and effective treatment,” at the Barzilai Medical Centre. Chairman of the the Israel Anti-Drug Authority agreeded to treat Winehouse after a call from her management.

”They spoke to a renowned Israeli institution and an Israeli professor who conducts a very special and effective method. She has requested to come to him to do this method, since it’s a method that is suitable for her.”The treatment will last only 36 hours, but the facility guarantees success.

”All of my patients are discharged healthy and no longer dependent. There is a misunderstanding about drug addiction. People think it is a social and psychological problem, but it’s a neurological problem. “Whether it’s Amy Winehouse or anyone else, it is a privilege to be able to treat anyone who is opiate-dependent, and allow them to live a normal life.”The rehab treatment will set Amy back $12,800.

After smoking pot in public and drinking with a baby, Amy Winehouse again went into trouble over allegations of assault with two men while on a night out.A 38-year-old man alleged that she hit him when he got in her way while she was playing pool at a bar. According to tabloid reports, the man said she also head-butted another patron, who was trying to hail her a cab.Amy was arrested last night and spent the night in a cell at Holborn police station in central London.

She was, however, released a day earlier (today) when a doctor found her “unfit for interview.”The incident caused a lot of stir amongst the British media due to Amy’s immense popularity due to her weird acts and her rocky romance with her husband.Amy recently ranked 10th in the top 100 richest people in music in Britain.But, her tryst with controversies is nothing new.Winehouse and her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, have been earlier arrested in the Norwegian city of Bergen in October and held overnight on charges of drug possession.

Sophie Schandorff whispered, “I love you” to Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder Civil in court today while he learned that he will remain in jail until June 9th.Although Amy Winehouse couldn’t be in court today because she herself had a date with the police, her husband Blake still had the support of his “best friend” Sophie Schandorff.

Despite the fact that Amy Winehouse is a drug addict and has some emotional and mental health issues, she is still a focused career woman. Somehow between her partying days and nights and stints in rehab, the soulful singer has found time to make it into the studio.Amy has collaborated with Mark Ronson again and rumor has it that so far, this album is much darker than “Rehab.” Friends describe the music as suicide music, with its intense and depressing lyrics.

A source told The Sun,“Her next album is darker than ever. Amy’s got low self-esteem anyway but her skin has made her want to hide away from the rest of the world. And we have started noticing more and more cuts on her arms. Her problems are pushing her over the edge and she’s turning into a depressed recluse. It’s not good for her to stay in so much.”

The girl has been battling a drug addiction, felony charges, her husband is in prison and she has been under public scrutiny. Not everyone can write about happy stuff. And honestly we would know it was BS if she did.

Amy Winehouse seemed to be doing okay for a while, but the British singer has rapidly declined. Everything from her career to her health is suffering ans she has decided to give rehab another shot. According to The Sun; “Amy has admitted she needs to check into rehab again. There are too many temptations for her in the UK, people around her in London are making it impossible for her to stay clean for any length of time.Her management had considered flying her to a clinic in Israel but are now looking further afield. They are assessing a clinic in Cape Town in South Africa.”

People were already concerned for Amy’s health but with the rash on her face, which she claims is impetigo, people are starting to realize how bad the situation is. A doctor also told The Sun that the rash is consistent with crack cocaine abuse.I hope she gets better and gets rid of Blaaakkke. That guy just holds her down.

Blake Fielder In The Hospital Due To Drug Overdose

AMY Winehouse's junkie husband narrowly cheated death after a drugs overdose in prison.Amy Winehouse has recently made huge strides toward sobriety in rehab, but her husband, Blake Fielder Civil, just can’t stay clean. Even though he is in prison, he has still found a way to continue using, and is now in the hospital due to an overdose.

Earlier this week, Blake failed three random drug tests and was placed in solitary confinement. Soon after getting out, he was back on the search for his next high. Guards found him “writhing in pain and vomiting violently in a cell.” Blake was rushed to the hospital and officials were lead to believe that he had taken heroin, mixed with a toxic substance. A Prison Service spokesman said:

“A small number of prisoners were treated in health care following the consumption of an unknown substance.”For now Blake is okay, but if he can’t get control of his life and addictions he could lose Amy, and more importantly his life.

Amy Winehouse has won five prizes at the Grammy Awards, including song and record of the year and best new artist.But the troubled singer was not at the prestigious Los Angeles ceremony to collect them due to visa problems.Kanye West scooped four awards, including best rap song and best rap album. Bruce Springsteen won three, including best rock song.The White Stripes, Justin Timberlake and Mary J Blige were among the acts who picked up two awards.Winehouse is the first Briton to win the Grammy for best new artist since soul singer Sade in 1986.

Troubled singer Amy Winehouse, who is currently in rehab trying to kick her drug addiction, has been admitted to a hospital after she suffered from "dangerous levels" of dehydration according to hollyscoop.com.Wino has been in rehab for one week but left the rehabilitation center to seek help at a private London clinic on Wednesday evening.A source tells British newspaper the Sun, "Amy was looking very pale and thin. She looked ropey and exhausted. Let's hope she hasn't taken a turn for the worse."

Wino's father Mitch confirmed his daughter is suffering "horrific" withdrawal symptoms. He says, "Amy is OK. London police are reportedly looking into the video of R&B singer Amy Winehouse that allegedly shows embattled star smoking crack, Singersroom have learned.As recently reported, the U.K.'s Sun leaked a clip of the tape, which shows the Winehouse, 24, smoking what the paper claims in a crack-cocaine.

Now detectives at Scotland Yard are looking at the footage, the police confirmed to PEOPLE. Reports have it that the tape was given to the officers by the tabloid yesterday.As of now there is no investigation launched into the singer, a spokesman added.
