On keeping fit and being told to cut back on food: “I do circuit training and run about two-and-a-half miles every day. When I was in my best shape I got up at 6am, so I’m trying to do that again - but I’m not there yet … I do a lot of things with my trainer, but I don’t enjoy working out … he doesn’t have to fight me [though] as I understand that if I don’t do it, I’m the one who’s going to be on stage, out of shape.

My stylists mentions it when the clothes aren’t fitting anymore! And my mum tells me, yeah … I go through phases. Right now I’m eating veg and drinking water … it’s boring. Usually when I get 5-8lb heavier than my ideal weight, I’ll start eating healthily and make an effort to exercise more. At the moment if I snack it’ll be fruit. Or I have these yogurt-covered almonds. But this is when I’m being good. When I’m being bad, I’m bad. All the way. Burgers, pizzas, French fries, the lot…”

Believe it or not, Beyonce and her diva self has body image issues, as we all do.“I wish my arms and thighs were tighter, and I wish my feet were different. I used to love them until I started dancing around in stilettos … [and] my ears are pointy.”As usual, Beyonce insisted on keeping her marriage and relationship to rapper Jay-Z private. After two highly successful albums, the former lead singer of Destiny's Child and R&B's favorite diva Beyoncé recently released her third album "I Am…Sasha Fierce." While her latest installment is actually a double album displaying two different personalities of the Queen B, it does not seem to measure up to her two previous works.

"I Am…Sasha Fierce" has a split personality, for lack of a better term. The "I Am" portion of the album set displays a softer side of Beyoncé while she makes a complete 180-degree turn and reveals her alter ego in "Sasha Fierce" in the second portion.In an October article from Reuters, Beyoncé said that she created her new alter ego to protect her from who she really is. She goes on to say that Sasha Fierce is a more aggressive and glamorous side of her mixed in with sensuality that comes out when she's performing on stage.

Most of the songs from "I Am" have a down tempo acoustic pace to it like Beyoncé's first hit single "If I Were A Boy," which follows the footsteps of "Irreplaceable" from her second album "B'Day." "Halo" provides a more melodramatic sound that you would not normally hear from Beyoncé. She also displays her wide range through her singing ability that never fails to impress. "Ave Maria" is more of a creative gentle drum track that resembles the original melody Ave Maria, one of the many instances where Beyoncé would go the distance by trying to do so much in one song, which sometimes works against her.

Overall, "I Am" unveils a rather vulnerable version of Beyoncé with tracks that are generally slow-paced and soothing, but nothing spectacular. There aren't too many catchy choruses and you may find yourself skipping some of the tracks due to loss of attention span.

In "Sasha Fierce," Beyoncé brings out her fun side with hard-hitting, attitude filled tracks, some of which are memorable and some disastrous. "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)" is Beyoncé's second hit single, an easy favorite for DJs to play at clubs and can get any crowd on their feet, especially the ladies. Yes this is the same song that Justin Timberlake danced to as Beyoncé's back up dancer in a leotard and heels on Saturday Night Live. This is basically Beyoncé at her best. With the couple’s reps remaining quiet on the marriage reports, I doubt we can expect a response anytime soon. Hip-hop power couple Beyonce and Jay-Z are getting married on the evening of April 4, at Jay-Z’s Tribeca apartment building in New York City.
Wedding preparations are on full swing. Bouquets of white flowers, silver candle holders and other party rentals have been delivered to the building and the biggest clue for a very very close ceremony is the huge white tent erected on top of the building!“They just brought in cream-colored chairs and white lilies and long-stemmed white roses in big glass vases,” a source says. “Two workers also just started bringing in the centerpieces for the tables.”“They also brought a white couch out onto the second balcony and three small white tables,” the source adds.

Other reports claim that Beyoncé’s mom, Tina Knowles, has also arrived at the downtown pad for the festivities.Workers have been busy making preparations for the ceremony, which insiders say will have a numeral “IV” theme. Super-secret hip-hop couple Jay-z and Beyonce have reportedly filed the paperwork for a marriage license in Scarsdale, New York. It looks like this wedding may actually happen. Some people have pointed out that Beyonce’s birthday is 9/4 and Jay-Z’s is 12/4 so they are getting married tomorrow on 4/4. I find it hard to believe they are that corny.Another rumor floating around is that the couple got matching 4/4/08 tats on their wedding fingers while on a recent trip to Paris.
