Donald Trump clearly didn’t want to talk about why he is not becoming the proud owner of Ed McMahon’s mansion, at least not outside STK last night.Last night, Donald canceled his appearance on Larry King’s show, after stories surfaced that another buyer is purchasing Ed’s home, which was on the brink of foreclosure. Last week Trump said he’d buy the house and let Ed live in it for life.Now Donald says someone came in and outbid him, but here’s the deal … the guy who’s buying it is moving in, so where will poor Ed go? Why couldn’t Donald up the ante? Was this all for publicity?

Ashley Alexander Dupré In New “My Fair Lady”!!

Famous prostitute Ashley Alexander Dupré has been asked to join the cast of Donald Trump’s new “My Fair Lady” - style MTV reality show.The show, which remains untitled and is being produced by Donald Trump Productions, was picked up by MTV for eight one-hour-long episodes. Based on a British show called Ladette to Lady, the show will take a group of 15 hard-partying young women and send them off to a boarding school environment where they’ll learn to become more ladylike.

She’s the perfect candidate,” the show insider says of Dupré, the 22-year-old at the center of the Gov. Eliot Spitzer prostitution scandal.Trump had no comment on the report and the insider says Dupre has yet to respond to the offer.Spitzer resigned his post this month after reports surfaced that he had used a New York escort service.Billionaire property mogul Donald, 61, has had his fair share of setting hard-partying young women on the right track. He famously sent Miss USA Tara Conner to rehab and gave her a “second chance” to keep her crown in December of 2006.

Mariah Carey In Macy’s Commercial

Mariah Carey will be featured in an upcoming Macy’s commercial with Carlos Santana, Martha Stewart and Donald Trump.Mariah’s commercial will appear on primetime television next week, but you can see the video below. Carey and Santana will also star in the company’s first Spanish ad, which will debut on Sunday. The retailer is counting on the star power of Mariah and the other celebrities for it’s upcoming spring campaign to attract shoppers in our questionable economy.

“People are very conscious of their pennies now, but when they are ready to spend their money, I think their recall of these brand spots will put us at the top of their list.”In the commercial, Mariah and Carlos discuss his brand of shoes and Carey’s fragrance.
