Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Airs Tonight

CBS is airing the Victoria’s Secret fashion show at 10/9 CST. Be sure to set your DVR or plop down in front of the TV when the whole thing goes down. Televised fashion shows are always exciting, so I like to watch them as they come on versus recording them. Of course, remember the entire thing was pre-taped so there won’t be any live surprises.Maybe Victoria’s Secret will consider going live in the next few years. Now THAT would be fun!

As a warm-up to tonight's broadcast (at 10 onCBS), a behind-the-scenes look at the event. Here, models Selita Ebanks, Adriana Lima, Heidi Klum and Alessandra Ambrosio arrive - by yacht, natch -pretty well covered up in matching captain's caps and windbreakers.Plenty of big names were on hand for last month's taping at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach, among them Paris Hilton in a plunging black number.

No one wears floor-length fur coats with sparkly lingerie unless they're Lil Kim... or a Victoria's Secret model.The annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show aired last night and featured the lingerie franchise's infamous Angels -- including Selita Ebanks with a brand-new bob -- sporting bras and panties with things that normal folk would never actually wear with bras and panties, like mammoth-sized wings and thigh-high, lace-up stilettos.

Usher opened the show, and celebs like Lenny Kravitz, Seal, Sanaa Lathan, Gabrielle Union, Terrence Howard, Martha Stewart, Paris Hilton, Mario Lopez and Diddy were sprinkled throughout the audience. The full outfits, like the huge bow-shaped contraption Heidi Klum wore for the finale, are definitely not available at your local mall's Vicky's, but underneath the feathers and glitter you might have spotted some moderately-priced lingerie to give (or to wear for) that special someone for the holidays.

25 year old Victoria’s Secret supermodel Miranda Kerr was born April 20, 1983 (or Feb. 20, 1983. I’ve found an equal number of sites claiming each date) in Sydney, Australia. Raised in Gunnedah, New South Wales, a small rural town, the brown hair and blue eyed beauty grew up with her younger brother Matthew racing motorbikes and riding horses on her grandma’s farm. Her family eventually moved to Brisbane so she and her brother could experience city life, where Miranda graduated from high school and planned to pursue studies in nutrition.

Miranda Kerr was propelled into the modeling world in 1997 when she won a contest hosted by Dolly Magazine and Impulse fragrances. She was only 13 at the time, which stirred up media controversy over her young age. She continued to model and towards the end of high school she signed on with Chic Management Sydney Division, which gave her lots of commercial exposure through campaigns for companies such as Billabong. Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have been dating since February 2008, but they only recently went public with their love affair. When asked a few months ago about the relationship, Miranda would only blush,“He’s a sweetheart and that’s all I’m gonna say. Sweetheart.”But now the couple has gone public. Orlando and Miranda were spotted in Sydney, Australia over the weekend at the horse races where Orlando even won £450 on one of the contests. We’ve already done the Brazilians, the Americans, and now — the Australians? Yes, that’s right, in case you didn’t know, there is an Aussie amongst the Victoria’s Secret supermodels.
