The couple had hired a firm to take away their garbage and when the trash was taken to the dump, the revealing photos were discovered.

The full frontal and totally naked shots of Cross have been distributed on the Web. It may also be put up for sale. The couple has allegedly tried to stop them from scattering. The actress reportedly insists she has a copyright to them.
