Lil’ Kim Plastic Surgery

Lil’ Kim hasn’t been heard from in awhile, but she decided to step out last night for the New York City Premiere of “Sex and the City”. While her pink and orange dress drew attention, it was her new look that caused a stir. Last night at the premiere, Lil’ Kim revealed her recent plastic surgery.

Lil’ Kim had surgery a few months ago, with some speculating that she completed a breast enhancement, a nose job, a brow lift, and cheek implants. But after her appearance the “Sex and the City” premiere, the rumors may be starting that she went back under the knife. Lil’ Kim is now being compared to a cat. Ouch.
