Lily was vacationing in Antibes, which is just down the coast from Cannes. The famous film festival began yesterday, so there are tons of photographers waiting to get their shots of Hollywood A-listers who are in town for the big event.Lily arrived at her hotel sporting some bleached-blond hair and then had no reservations about sunbathing topless. She swam and tanned in just her bottoms, the way you do in Cannes. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Lily Allen topless. Last year she stripped down while vacationing in Thailand.

In other Lily Allen news, the singer is said to be writing a television show with the stars of British sitcom “Gavin and Stacey” as well as Mathew Home and James Corden. Of her writing a source says,“James loves her ideas and shares her sense of humour. He reckons the humour from Lily’s first album, ‘Alright, Still’ will come across on the small screen. If they can recreate the laughs they have together at the pub it should be interesting to hear how their stuff turns out.”
