She’s not exactly the ‘new girl’ in MLB pitcher’s life, but Paulette Dean Daly has been linked to Roger Clemens for the first time.Paulette is a former wife of professional golfer John daly.“Yeah, I’ve known Roger quite a while and we are friends,” Paulette Daly said. But when asked if she had ever been romantically involved with Clemens, Daly told the News, “You know what, I’m really uncomfortable talking about this. I’m just going to have to say, ‘No comment.’

Paulette Dean Daly, apart from that she is an ex-wife of John Daly.She has been involved with Chrysler Classic, a Palm Springs golf tournament for many years - including stints as a “Classic Girl,” one of the beautiful women who help in ceremonial duties at the event.Paulette married John in Las Vegas in January 1995 at the Little Church of the West.

Clemens’ relationship with Daly is said to have come after the end of her marriage to the hard-driving golfer. That was on the heels of an incident at the 1997 Players Championship, where the golfer was taken to a hospital with alcohol poisoning.Daly is still involved with the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic as an organizer of famously lavish parties there.Recently, it’s been reported that Roger met her in Palm Springs, Fla., after which he might have arranged for Daly to see him pitch against the Los Angeles Angels in Anaheim, Calif.This must be hard on Roger’s part since the news came just on the heel of another controversy that he’s been involved in saying he had a long-running extramarital affair with country singer Mindy McCready.
