Andy Dick Arrested On Sex Charges

Early yesterday, Andy Dick was arrested on sex charges stemming from an incident in which he allegedly groped a 17-year-old California girl. While outside a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant (keepin’ it classy, people), Andy is said to have groped the girl’s breasts, and then pulled down her tank top and bra to expose them.

Police were called to the Murietta restaurant on reports of an intoxicated man urinating outside outside and causing a disturbance. At 2 a.m. on July 16, 2008, California police officers arrested Dick and hauled him to jail, setting bail at $5,000. The charges are drug possession and sexual battery. When arrested, cops found marijuana and a Xanax pill in his pockets, and he didn’t have a prescription.

This is not the actor’s first arrest. In May 2004, Andy was also charged with possession of marijuana after he was found with the drug at the Coachella music festival. In 1999, he was arrested for possession of marijuana and cocaine, which were found on the actor after he wrecked his car by driving into a telephone pole.It’s also not the only time Andy Dick was involved in exposing skin. While a recent guest on the new edition of the “The Gong Show”, hosted by that Insomniac guy, Dave Attell, he pulled out his penis (or hopefully a fake one) and waved it around. Careful though, in case that thing is real.
