Casey Johnson Is Courtenay Semel’s Girlfriend?

Johnson, the heiress to the Johnson & Johnson fortune and the rumored of girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan’s ex, Courtenay Semel.Casey Johnson and rumored girlfriend, Courtenay Semel, were at a party last week for the VH1 Rock Honors when the two drove off in a car that wasn’t theirs. After Courtenay grabbed the keys, they both hopped into the $160,000 Mercedes. They brought it back 5 minutes later, but it was long enough to get noticed.

Casey Johnson was born on September 24, 1979, in New York, so her age is 28. Her great-grandfather founded the baby products company Johnson & Johnson. At age 8, she was diagnosed with diabetes, and has long been involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation to promote awareness. When she was 14 she even co-wrote a book on the topic.Casey has recently started her own makeup company called Journey. She created the company with British friend, Lady Victoria Hervey.

In 2004, Casey was involved in a defamation lawsuit filed by Playboy model Nicole Lenz. Lenz claimed that Casey and actress Bijou Phillips falsely planted stories in the paper that said Lenz attacked Phillips ant a club and stole $750,000 in jewelry from Casey. The heiress hired O.J.’s attorney, Robert Shapiro, who asked that the suit be thrown out.

In June 2007, Casey adopted a little girl named Ava Monroe from Kazakhstan. At the time, she had discussed being upset at her inability to adopt from Cambodia because she had met a little girl there with whom she had fallen in love, but was so excited at the opportunity to adopt internationally. She and her then-fiance prepared their home for their new daughter - Casey said she needed at least 6 bedrooms (2 offices, a nanny’s room, a baby’s room, a master bedroom and a guest room). (The ex-fiance, John Dee, reportedly left Casey for her aunt, Libet Johnson).

Now Casey is making news for dating the daughter of former Yahoo! CEO Tery Semel, Courtenay Semel. Courtenay is also the alleged ex-girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan. The rumors of lesbianism started after Casey and Courtenay were seen “canoodling” at a Paris Hilton party, and then having a romantic dinner at Nello. Now there are rumors that Casey has decided to completely leave New York and stay in L.A. to be with Courtenay.
