There’s just no end to Jessica Simpson’s marketability …the buxom blonde is the new face of Stampede Light Plus Beer.The pop turned country star will appear in in-store ads for Stampede Light Plus Beer, which is only 115 calories and touts itself as the only vitamin beer approved by the government. It is made by the Stampede Brewing Company based in Dallas, Texas. In addition to the ads, she has a 15 percent ownership in the brewery.
Stampede Beer CEO Lawrence Schwartz spoke of Jessica in a press release:“Jessica is America’s sweetheart and an internationally known entertainer who takes care of herself. You can see it in her smile, her skin, her confidence, and her obvious physical fitness.”Jessica looks quite sultry in the ad, in full country wear, and surprisingly her Daisy Dukes are nowhere to be found. Jess said:“As an entrepreneur, I am always looking for ways to diversify my portfolio with good ideas and good people. Yes, I work out and take care of myself, but I also like a cold beer once in a while.”No doubt she can throw ‘em back with her boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo.
