Danielle Lloyd Sues Carphone Warehouse for Sexually Explicit Photos

Glamour model Danielle Lloyd is suing a phone company after an employee allegedly tried to sell sexually explicit photos downloaded from her mobile phone.The photos are believed to include intimate pictures of the 25-year-old's body before and after surgery.An employee of Carphone Warehouse apparently touted the pictures to national newspapers last year.

He is said to have taken copies of the photos after Danielle bought a new mobile and asked for data from her old phone to be transferred.She was told to leave her phone with him at the shop and collect it later that day.In March last year, she learned he had tried to sell the images to at least five papers.She is now suing both the employee and Carphone Warehouse for up to £50,000.In a claim form to the High Court, Danielle says she has 'suffered great mental distress and shock' after discovering the photos had been seen, copied and sent across the country.
