Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow Catch Up Over Dinner

It's not a sight you often see - health food fanatics Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow tucking into some food.The two joined the designer Valentino, for a dinner party to mark the release of new film Valentino: The Last Emperor last night.The blonde friends, who bonded after moving to London to live with their English husbands, were enjoying an intimate chat at the event, at the Oak Rooms In New York.

Madonna appeared glowing and fresh-faced as she talked to Gwyneth, who was her work-out buddy when she lived in Britain.With her wrinkle-free face she looked years younger than during her traumatic divorce last year.And her animated conversation left both her and Gwyneth smiling.Perhaps they were catching up on Madonna's love life since she divorced film director Guy Ritchie and returned to live in her native America.

The 50-year-old would have a lot to fill 36-year-old Gwyneth in on. She has recently gained a new toyboy - 22-year-old Brazilian male model Jesus Luz.He has given up his life in Brazil to move in with her in Manhattan. She is said to be insisting he follows her daily macrobiotic diet with no sugary treats, dairy products and processed food.
