Jaycee Dugard , Girl Found After 18 Years, Jaycee Lee Dugard, Jaycee was found after being kidnapped for 18 years. Jaycee was kidnapped by Garrido and his wife Nancy, 55, at a bus stop in South Lake Tahoe, California, in June 1991.Ms.Dugard has been reunited with her mother after her appearance at the police station.and is staying in a motel in Antioch, California and her current pictures yet to come out.
On Sunday, the New York Times published a story about the 40-some images shot by English photographer Nick Stern of the compound where, authorities say, Garrido kept Dugard, while a second piece explored how the case may affect a vote Monday that the California Assembly is scheduled to take on prison reform. That vote would save money and parole more prisoners early.
Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Times weighed in with a story on the Antioch area's high concentration of sex offenders.According to the New York Times story about the photos, the images were published Sunday in The Sunday Times of London, The New York Post and some web sites. Based on an interview with Stern, a photographer from Los Angeles, the New York Times said he jumped a fence Friday and "did not consider the lot — which was surrounded by a fence and dotted with trees — a crime scene."

I think they should treat pedophilia as a mental illness and pedophiles should be institutionalized permanently so they do not harm any more children. Prison obviously is not working and every time a child is abducted, killed or molested, the perpetrator has a history of child molestation. So we need to protect our children and not give any more second chances to pedophiles.
