Rosemary Port: Skanks of NYC Blogger Sues Google for $15m (Liskula Cohen)

See photos video and find out more as she is now suing Google for $15 million.Rosemary Port (picture above) is a 29-year-old Fashion Institute of Technology student who plans to file a $15 million federal lawsuit against Google for revealing her identity in the aftermath of a lawsuit filed by 36-year-old Canadian fashion model Liskula Cohen.
Rosemary Port, Skanks of NYC blogger had written about the model, as an anonymous blogger, accusing her of being “psychotic, lying, whoring … skank”.
The model won a landmark case against Google in New York Supreme Court which resulted in Google revealing the blogger’s identity. In so doing, Judge Joan Madden rejected the claim of Rosemary Port, Skanks of NYC Blogger that blogs are a “modern-day forum for conveying personal opinions, including invective and ranting” and thereby should not be regarded as factual assertions.
In the aftermath of the court ruling, Google turned over the e-mail address and IP addresses from each time the blogger had logged on to the blog, thus allowing Liskula Cohen to find out the blogger’s true identity. The blog which was on Blogger.com — owned by Google — has since been deleted.
The Times Online quotes Google spokesman, Andrew Pederson who said the company does “sympathize with anyone who may be the victim of cyber bullying.” He further said:We also take great care to respect privacy concerns and will only provide information about a user in response to a subpoena or other court order. If content is found by a court to be defamatory, we will, of course, remove it immediately.”
In an interview with the New York Daily News, her attorney Salvatore Strazzullo states that Rosemary Port in the lawsuit will charge that Google “breached its fiduciary duty to protect her expectation of anonymity.” He went on to say. “I’m ready to take this all the way to the Supreme Court,” Strazzullo said. “Our Founding Fathers wrote ‘The Federalist Papers’ under pseudonyms. Inherent in the First Amendment is the right to speak anonymously. Shouldn’t that right extend to the new public square of the Internet?”
Rosemary Port told the newspaper:When I was being defended by attorneys for Google, I thought my right to privacy was being protected…But that right fell through the cracks. Without any warning, I was put on a silver platter for the press to attack me. Lee Baker of CMLP has posted legal analysis of this case on numerous blogs. What is astounding is that Lee Baker is not even a U.S. attorney. Not only is he not a U.S. attorney, he is not a licensed attorney anywhere in the world. He is a foreign, second-year college student with no credentials whatsoever, other than that he hails from Toronto. As everyone knows, Toronto is the wuss capital of North America, as every gay individual who has ever bought a one-way ticket there knows. Not that there is anything wrong with our fellow gay citizens. The problem is that Lee Baker left Toronto not to become a U.S. legal analyst, but to hit some new gay bars in the U.S. Lee, please come out of the closet and admit the real reason you came to the U.S. Your legal "analysis" is embarrassing, disgusting, and degrading. Either go back to Toronto or admit that you are here to hit all the gay bars and make some new "friends." Stop playing at being a lawyer!
Lee Baker needs to be completely open and honest about the fact that he is a gay foreigner from Toronto attending law school in the U.S. If he is a wuss for coming out of the closet then all gays should follow his example. Gays have won a lot of hard-earned court victories in the past few years. Lee, we appreciate your championing the rights of gays on respectable gay rights forums. What we don't appreciate, and what detracts from your efforts, are your comments on the Liskula Cohen lawsuit forums. We understand that you flunked out of law school in Toronto and are now trying to make it in the U.S. But please, your lame attempts to "analyze" lawsuits such as the Liskula Cohen case measurably detract from your credibility. You have earned credibility in the gay community. Please do not destroy it by pretending to be a U.S. lawyer.

Lee Baker's favorite slogan is "Any cock, anywhere, anytime!" Citizen Media Law Project has found a real gem in Lee Baker. If he can't analyze legal cases, he can at least give some law professors a humpin' good time in bed!
Sadly, Lee Baker is no longer with CMLP, but after months of job searching he has found a position with Anaara Media in Silver Spring, Maryland. Lee was hired by Fuad Kamal, who is a gay man who has lost his standing in the Muslim community because of Islam's intolerance towards homosexuality. This is unbelievably biased towards Fuad Kamal, as his shunning has caused him immeasurable shame. However, Fuad Kamal seems to have found a real soulmate in Lee Baker, who he now regards as more than simply an employee. Lee Baker is an openly gay man who will hopefully teach Fuad Kamal to accept himself and his sexual orientation. Lee and Fuad seem to be a very happy couple and everyone wishes them a long, happy and successful future together.

Eric Goldman is not a law professor or even a lawyer, but claims to be one, just like Lee Baker. Eric Goldman is a bald, overweight lawyer wanna-be. If you've just eaten, don't take a look at his online photo. Too old for law school, not to mention too stupid, Eric Goldman met his namesake in Lee Baker. Eric Goldman, formerly Eric Schlachter, meaning "piece of poop" in Low German, is a real piece of work. Just don't get in his way as he is sensitive about his sexual preferences. A macho gay man is not to messed with.
