Pamela Anderson Officially American!

I don’t know about other people but when I saw this news today, I was shocked! Wasn’t she already an American citizen??Guess not! The Canadian-born former Baywatch babe has confirmed she’s officially been made a U.S. citizen, her website reported today.“Being a citizen excites me not just because I can vote, but because I can crack the whip on Capitol Hill to defend animals.”Well, it’s not clear when was Pamela granted the citizenship but the first act she did after the confirmation was to to visit the capital Washington D.C. to lobby against animal testing on behalf of PETA.

Pamela seems to be more into PETA than anything else! She recently revealed she had stopped wearing her beloved UGG sheepskin boots after she realised they were made from animals.She said: “I’m getting rid of my UGGs. I feel so guilty for that craze being started around my ‘Baywatch’ days - I used to wear them with my red swimsuit to keep warm - never realising that they were SKIN!
