Sailing the tempestous seas of romance, dreamboat Matt Grant proclaimed -- as have so many before him -- that it was the hardest decision of his life.Then after sorting through 25 beautiful women on ABC's "The Bachelor," he picked The One -- Shayne.Spurned at the finish line was Chelsea, 25, who sells pharmaceuticals.

Grant, 27, a 6-foot-5 global financier from London awash with gentlemanly charm, told both "I'm falling in love with you," but settled on Shayne, 22, of Toluca Lake, Calif., whose tempestuous personality set her apart from the pack.She is an actress, who has never been in a role you remember before this. During the show, she revealed what some might call a "needy" side, whining bitterly that the hunk from London wasn't showing her enough attention while acting as swain to a dozen others.

Grant got down on his knees to pitch the question and she gushed with theatrical flair. "Will you marry me?" he said, and she squealed in the affirmative.Then she decided it would be on one condition. "That you will never look at another woman for the rest of our lives.
