Gretchen Rossi of "The Real Housewives" Racy Photos On TheDirty.com

Gretchen Rossi of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" is going nuts over a series of risque photos being posted of her on the website, TheDirty.com.The Dirty says they obtained a camera of photos featuring Gretchen. In the first two photos released on the site, Rossi is sitting on the toilet . In another, she is topless and playing with her nipples. Now, The Dirty claims that have more pictures of Gretchen and write "You and I both know what pictures are next. (directed at Gretchen from the website's editor, Nik).

Gretchen has evidently contacted the Costa Mesa Police Department claiming that her camera was stolen and The Dirty got their hands on it. The Dirty says Gretchen knows the camera never belonged to her.Her lawyers fired off a cease and desist letter to the TheDirty.com, demanding the pic's removal.In the letter, Rossi claims the pics were stolen from her and posted without her authorization. The photo is still up on the site.Here's what we're wondering ... who takes a picture of themselves on the toilet?
