Funeral arrangements are set for Friday in Jacksonville, Fla., for Sahel “Jenny” Kazemi, the 20-year-old found dead along with Steve McNair on July 4 at a condo he shared with a friend.

Farzin Abdi, her nephew, was packing some of her personal belongings from her Hermitage apartment into the trunk of a rental car today. The items included some James Dean prints, other pictures and black trash bags filled with Kazemi’s keepsakes.

“I’m not doing too good,” Abdi said.Abdi said after authorities released her body a local funeral home made arrangements to ship it to Florida.Kazemi had moved to Nashville nearly four years ago with her ex-boyfriend, Keith Norfleet.Kazemi bought the semi-automatic pistol on Thursday evening from a person Metro police are not naming. She made the purchase just hours after she was bailed out of jail by McNair for a DUI charge.

Both were found dead less than 48 hours later in a Second Avenue-area condo McNair rented just across the river from LP Field. He was found dead on the couch with four gunshot wounds — one bullet in each temple, and two in the chest — the medical examiner said. The autopsy showed that three of the shots were fired from at least three feet away. One, to the head, was shot at close range, he said.
