But the actress looked in danger of spilling out of the dress with its strategic cut-outs.Halle's tight-fitting dress put any pregnancy rumours firmly to bed as she revealed not even a spare inch of flab in the hard to wear cut out style.Its figure-hugging style showed off the actress's physique to stunning effect. However, it appeared to be somewhat lacking in fabric in the bust area.

She credits yoga and pilates for her stunning physique, and as a diabetic she always maintains a healthy diet.The 42-year-old actress - who has a one-year-old daughter, Nahla, with partner Aubrey - says she has to work hard to maintain her impressive physique, and insists it is the same for most women.She said: 'God bless them if they're telling the truth. It's questionable if they are. I always had to diet.

'I'm diabetic, so it's a lifestyle for me anyway just to stay healthy and not end up in the hospital.'Halle said she had to change her diet and exercise regime after giving birth to ensure she didn't pile on the pounds.
