Tricia Walsh Smith is an actress, playwright and wife of Philip Smith, head of the Shubert Organization, which is the largest theater owner on Broadway.Tricia Walsh Smith is now in the middle of a divorce, and she has made a YouTube video telling everyone her husband is trying to kick her out of their luxury apartment with no grounds for divorce. Tricia goes on to talk about their prenup and lack of a sex life.
