Brad and Angelina Are Now Sleeping in Separate Houses

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie only recently denied that their relationship is in trouble. But if their living arrangements are anything to go by, it seems all is not well in team Jolie-Pitt.The Mail on Sunday has seen exclusive pictures of the sprawling Long Island estate where the couple have been staying for the past four months.

And it appears that when they have been in residence at the £20,000-a-month compound, Brad and Angelina have chosen to sleep not just in different bedrooms but in different houses.The couple moved into the 24-acre Seacroft Estate when Angelina started work on the spy thriller Salt in February.

They and their six children, together with their 18-strong entourage, easily filled the estate’s ten-bedroom seafront house and surrounding eight outhouses.But yesterday, a source in Long Island revealed that the actress would often stay alone at the beachfront villa without her 45-year-old lover.‘They would often sleep as far away from each other as possible, not even in separate bedrooms but in separate houses,’ the source added.

‘Angelina spent most of her time in one of the annexes while Brad lived in the main house with its ten bedrooms.‘He wasn’t actually there for much of the time, which upset Angie and caused major ructions in their relationship.’Another source said: ‘Brad’s not there and no one knows when Angelina is leaving.‘With all the kids and their work commitments, they both have a lot on their plate and it’s a bit like a pressure cooker. There have been several explosions.’The revelations that the couple slept in separate quarters will further fuel speculation that their romance is on the rocks after four years together.

Sharon Stone Steals Show from Angelina Jolie in Hot Dress at Cannes

Angelina Jolie had the perfect dress and, with Brad Pitt on her arm, the perfect accessory.But just as she was basking in her moment of glory at Cannes, a glamorous Sharon Stone turned up - in a dress that showed off a lot more leg.The 51-year-old actress sashayed down the red carpet, showing off her enviable figure in a strapless black Balmain mini dress, complete with billowing train.

Angelina's tea-rose Versace gown, although slashed to the thigh and backless, left a little more to the imagination. It did however display the 33-year-old star's array of tattoos - including one on her shoulder blade showing the map co-ordinates of where her children were born.While the cast of Brad's new film, Inglourious Basterds, lined up together for pictures, Angelina, who is not in the movie, had to stand behind.But Brad, dapper in a classic tuxedo by Tom Ford, was keen not to leave her out. He showed his affection for her by bucking tradition and leaving the cast behind to go back for his partner.

Actress Diane Kruger, who also stars in the Tarantino film, opted for the Greek goddess look with a stunning white, backless gown by Marchesa.Spirits ran high as the cast, including director Quentin Tarantino and Austin powers actor Mike Myers, celebrated the screening with an impromptu dance.Tarantino grabbed French actress Melanie Laurent to re-enact the famous Pulp Fiction 'Jack Rabbit Slim's' scene starring John Travolta and Uma Thurman.

The film won Cannes' accolade, the Palm D'Or in 1994, and Tarantino is no doubt hoping he will strike gold again.Queen of Burlesque Dita Von Teese made an appearance but was surprisingly demure in a '50s style monochrome prom dress while singer Joss Stone, in a canary yellow dress, and Swedish model Victoria Silverstedt, in a purple floor-length gown, brought bold colour to the carpet.

Hollywood's most talked about couple has the town buzzing again over claims Angelina Jolie 'flipped out' after walking in on Brad Pitt with their nanny.An American publication reports the actress caught Brad on the bed in the twins' room rubbing the back of their female employee.He is said to have been comforting her after she was taken ill.

But the sight was enough to throw Angelina into a jealous rage and she allegedly slapped her partner across the face and immediately fired the nanny, according to Star magazine.A source is quoted as saying, 'She got right in Brad's face, screaming at the top of her lungs, and told the nanny to get out of her house and never come back.

'The argument woke up the sleeping twins, who began to cry.'As Brad tried to console both the twins and the nanny, Angie just snapped - and slapped! - hitting him right across the face.Brad, who stars in The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button, was reportedly left 'stunned' by the act and stormed out of the couple's home and went for a four hour motorbike ride to calm down.

Mickey, who is doing a great job at making an acting comeback, has already taken home numerous awards from critics, and he won both the BAFTA and Golden Globe awards for Best Actor for this role. While he believes he will be applauding Sean Penn’s win on Oscar night, many feel he’ll nab the golden statue. This marks Mickey’s first Academy Awards nomination.

Frank Langella received a nod for his portrayal of disgraced president Richard Nixon in ‘Frost/Nixon’. The film focuses on Nixon’s failed attempt to revive his career through a series of interviews with British television presenter David Frost. The real David Frost is pulling for Frank to get the win. Despite a long acting career that started in the 1970s, this is Frank’s first Oscar nomination.

Brad Pitt stars in ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button’ as a guy who ages backwards. While the film leads the Oscar race in terms of nominations with 13, and despite nominations from the BAFTAs, SAGs, and Golden Globes for this role, Brad is not a favorite to take home the golden statue. This marks Brad’s second Academy Awards nomination, the first being for Best Supporting Actor for his role in ‘Twelve Monkeys’.

Richard Jenkins, who stars in ‘The Visitor’, was surprised by his nod from the Academy. Jenkins, who is best known for his role as the dead patriarch on HBO’s ‘Six Feet Under’, is an underdog for this year’s Oscars. His performance was recognized by nominations by several film critic associations, as well as the SAG awards and the Independent Spirit Awards. Despite the long-shot at a win, I believe that Richard is the one nominee who truly means “it’s an honor just to be nominated.”

Kate Winslet Wins Best Actress At Bafta

Kate Winslet moved a step closer to Oscar glory tonight after winning the Best Actress award at the Baftas.She is now favourite to take an Academy Award later this month for her role in The Reader, in which she plays a former concentration camp guard. Miss Winslet, 33, turned up at the glittering ceremony at the Royal Opera House in London in a black gown by New York designer Zac Posen, Prada shoes and Chopard jewellery - accessorised with an umbrella.



The heavens had opened just as she and her fellow stars, including Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Daniel Craig and Goldie Hawn, arrived on the red carpet.But the rain failed to dampen spirits or hairdos on what is becoming one of the year's most prestigious showbusiness events.Once inside, all eyes and ears were on the host Jonathan Ross, who was awarded the job despite having only recently returned to the BBC after his three-month suspension.He started off the show by announcing: 'I'm your host Jonathan Ross. I am honoured and a little bit surprised to be here,' causing a ripple of laughter.

Ross continued by giving Miss Winslet a light ribbing for the emotional speech she made at last month's Golden Globes, where she won Best Actress for Revolutionary Road and Best Supporting Actress for The Reader. Tonight's award was the first Bafta Miss Winslet has won in 14 years - she took her first for Sense And Sensibility in 1995. And she is yet to win an Academy Award. But in recent years Baftas success has been seen a key indicator of Oscars glory. in 2008, French actress Marion Cotillard unexpectedly won the Best Actress prize for La Vie En Rose and two weeks later took home an Oscar.

Brangelina: Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's Family Arrives In Japan

A few years ago she wished for a 'rainbow' family of seven children from around the world.Yesterday, Angelina Jolie was probably wishing she'd been born with a few more pairs of hands.The actress and her partner Brad Pitt struggled through Narita Airport near Tokyo with their brood of six - just one child short of Miss Jolie's dream family.

Before the trend for celebrities adopting poverty stricken orphans from around the world took off, Miss Jolie declared: 'I want to create a rainbow family.'That's children of different religions and cultures, from different countries. Actually, I'd love to have seven, a small football team.'Her comments, made five years ago before she had met Pitt, were treated with scepticism.Now the Hollywood actress has finally got her wish.



It is the first time the entire Jolie-Pitt clan has been pictured together.They were arriving in Tokyo from LA where they had attended the Screen Actor's Guild Awards.The family are in Japan for the premiere of Brad's latest film The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.They are expected to return to their native US next month for the Oscars, where both Brad and Angelina have been nominated for Benjamin Button and Clint Eastwood's film The Changeling respectively.

Attached to her mother's chest in a sling, blue-eyed little Vivienne, born with her twin Knox in July last year in the south of France, looked the spitting image of her older biological sister Shiloh Nouvel, two, seen here holding her mother's hand. They both had their mother's famous rose-bud lips.Shiloh, the couple's first natural daughter, was born in May 2006 in Namibia. The name is of Hebrew origin and means 'the peaceful one' or 'His gift'.Wide-eyed Knox riding on his father's chest was also styled like him - with both wearing grey jumpers and tweed flat caps.

Oscars 2009 : ''Benjamin Button'' & ''Slumdog Millionaire'' Lead Nominations

With 13 nominations — including Best Picture, Best Actor (Brad Pitt), Best Supporting Actress (Taraji P. Henson), and Best Director (David Fincher) — The Curious Case of Benjamin Button leads the field of Academy Award contenders announced this morning in Los Angeles. As expected, Slumdog Millionaire scored big too, nabbing 10 nominations, including Best Picture, Best Director (Danny Boyle), and Best Adapted Screenplay.

Not surprisingly, Heath Ledger was recognized for his supporting role in The Dark Knight, but a widely anticipated Best Picture nomination didn't happen, and director Christopher Nolan came up empty as well. Other notable snubs: Clint Eastwood and Leonardo DiCaprio's turns in Gran Torino and Revolutionary Road, respectively. Brad Pitt Graces W Magazine Cover

Brad Pitt, looking a little worse for wear, appears on the cover of the February 2009 W Magazine.Brad Pitt appears on the February 2009 cover of ‘W Magazine’. Normally when I write these stories I use terms like “graces the cover” or “lends his/her good looks to the cover,” but I don’t think either phrase is applicable to this photo shoot. Looking a little worse for wear, photographer Chuck Close captures what age, fathering six kids, and constant jet setting around the world has done to Brad’s fabulous looks. (Please don’t leave me 2038523434 comments… I’m not saying he’s horrible looking - he’s just not who he was before, and he doesn’t seem to be like the rest of Hollywood, who are all desperately trying to erase the lines he proudly? displays for W Magazine.) Close used a technique called Daguerreotype, which captures every fine line and flaw. Apparently, 45 year old Brad requested this technique, explaining that, even though he’s done the shoot where he’s been that guy coming out of the ocean with his wet t-shirt sticking to his (HOT) body, he’s “always walked away feeling a little crap about it.”

He also sat down for an interview with the magazine, and managed to defend both former wife Jennifer Aniston and current love Angelina Jolie. The story jumps right in with Jennifer Aniston and the now infamous “uncool” comment that was plastered on the cover of Vogue at the end of 2008. To this, Brad said, “Listen, Man. Jen is a sweetheart. I think she got dragged into that one, and then there’s a second round to all of that Angie versus Jen. It’s so created.”

Of their relationship now, he says he and Jen still “check in with each other,” and says they are a big part of each other’s lives.On the comments that both he and Angelina Jolie have said about falling in love on-set of ‘Mr. and Mrs. Smith’, which prompted Jennifer Aniston’s “uncool” comment, Brad says: “We were still filming after Jen and I split up. Even then it doesn’t mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn’t. I’m very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful. [The film] will mean something to our kids. It will, that’s all.”

Brad also talked about those personal photos that W Magazine ran a few months ago, where Angelina appeared on the cover breast feeding one of the new twins. He says it’s “sexy” to see a loved one through the lens, and admits he went “much further” than that cover shot, but did not share those photos with the magazine.Brad Pitt also talked about his family, which he described as “this cuckoo’s nest that we got going on over there.” He says that he was able to stop smoking because of his kids, and says that he and Angie have fun working together and feels the things they do bring them closer together.

Brad Pitt Appears On Oprah

Brad Pitt sat down with talk show diva Oprah Winfrey and discussed life with six kids and leading lady Angelina Jolie.In his first interview with Mama O since his 2005 break up with Jennifer Aniston, who happens to be a friend of Oprah’s, Brad Pitt opened up about his personal life. The interview was described as slightly awkward at times, with commerical breaks filled with awkward silences where Pitt fidgeted often. Oprah brought up Angelina Jolie and told Pitt that Angie was the love of his life. When asked if this is the happiest he’s ever been, Pitt replied “Dare I say,” to which Oprah said “dare I see.”

When Oprah asked if Pitt and Jolie saw more children in their future, he said:“Probably. It’s [parenthood] the greatest endeavor I’ve ever taken on. Why stop now?”He did admit that while his kids are the “funniest people,” he can only handle being alone with four of them at a time. He revealed that Shiloh is in a Peter Pan stage and will only respond to the names “John” and “Peter,” and he told a story about Pax rebelling against a timeout by peeing in the chair. And here we all thought the Jolie-Pitt children were perfect angels.

Oprah also brought out the W magazine that Angelina Jolie recently graced the cover of. He said he did the photos as a way to promote his movie, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and stated that, while most of Angie’s photo shoots portray her as a femme fatale, she is actually “very sweet.”

Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie’s Rep, Todd Shemarya Sued

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s rep, Todd Shemarya, is being sued by former employee Heather Devlin for sexual harassment.Devlin claims that Shemarya fostered a hostile work environment by exposing her to internet porn, “parading around naked,” and viciously mocking his celebrity clients, which also include Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Aniston.

The lawsuit, which was filed Tuesday in Los Angeles’ Superior Court, details an incident in which two vintage Cartier watches intended for Pitt and Aniston during their marriage where taken by Shemarya and given to a friend as a wedding gift. In another disturbing incident, Shemarya showed Devlin a banned 1997 Brad Pitt issue of Playgirl and ridiculed the size of his penis while calling Aniston an “ugly bitch.”

Devlin was fired after nine years as Shemarya’s assistant after the agent hired his lovers. Devlin’s attorney, Keith A. Fink, summarizes the suit, “Ms. Devlin was exposed to a constant barrage of offensive sexual, racial and religious comments. TSA’s celebrity clients would usually be the center of his ridicule.”On the other side, Shemarya denies the allegations, saying that Devlin is just a “disgruntled” former employee now trying to “extort money.”

We all kind of knew this didn’t we? But it seems, for some reason, it was important to Angelina Jolie to admit the truth now about the beginning of her relationship with partner Brad Pitt.Brad Pitt. Married to everyone’s friend Jennifer Aniston — a golden couple, so cute and so happy. Angelina Jolie. Newly adoptive mom; recently divorced from Billy Bob Thornton; in the middle of a transformation from wild child to humanitarian.

Angelina and Brad signed on to play leads in the movie “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” and the rest, history. The Hollywood power couple have always said there were sparks between them during the 2005 filming, but have never come out and said it was there where they fell in love. Of course, Angelina was portrayed in the media as the one who caused Brad and Jen to split.

So now, three years and 5 more kids later, Angelina has given an interview to the New York Times in which she publically says that it was indeed on the set of “Smith” that she and Brad fell in love.“Not a lot of people get to see a movie where their parents fell in love,” the 33-year-old actress told the newspaper about looking forward to the day her children can watch the flick.So did she intend to let it slip that she became involved with Brad when he was married? I have to think it was intentional. And does she have a planned answer for what her kids will ask about as they watch the movie where “mom and dad fell in love?”

McAfee have just released their list of the most dangerous celebrity to search for online, this time Brad Pitt has come out on top of the list, replacing Paris Hitlon.The list is following

Brad Pitt — When “Brad Pitt screensavers” was searched, more than half of the resulting Web sites were identified as containing malicious downloads with spyware, adware and potential viruses.

Beyonce – Inputting “Beyonce ringtones” into a search engine yields risky Web sites that promote misleading offers to gather consumers’ personal information.

Justin Timberlake – Interest in his high-profile relationships makes him an easy target for spammers and hackers. When searching for “Justin Timberlake downloads” one Web site advertised free music downloads that were flagged as directly leading to spam, spyware and adware.

Heidi Montag – “The Hills” star is a popular search term when it comes to searching for wallpaper. A host of wallpaper Web sites contained hundreds of malware-laden downloads.


Mariah Carey – Spammers and hackers are using Mariah Carey screen saver Web sites to link to other sites proven to contain spyware, adware and other threatening downloads.

Jessica Alba – Red-ranked risky sites were identified when searching for “Jessica Alba” and “Jessica Alba downloads.” The sites contained hundreds of malicious downloads, links to other bad sites, misleading offers to gather information, and a high number of spam emails when an email address was provided.

Lindsay Lohan – This young Hollywood starlet is as dangerous to search online as she is famous. Searching for “Lindsay Lohan downloads” resulted in several dangerous Web sites laden with hidden adware.

Cameron Diaz – Cybercriminals use download Web sites related to Cameron Diaz’s image to link to other harmful sites containing spyware.

George Clooney, Rihanna – The technology found one Web site embedded with hundreds of dangerous wallpaper and photo downloads after inputting “George Clooney downloads.” “Rihanna pictures” was also a risky search term, as McAfee identified a site that spammed its test email address.

Fergie – A Fergie screen saver site was flagged as offering 111 risky downloads that could seriously compromise a PC’s privacy with unwanted spyware and adware.

David Beckham, Katie Holmes – The “David Beckham” search term generated a great deal of wallpaper and screen saver downloads veiled with malware. Consumers should also exercise caution when searching for “Katie Holmes” online — one download site advertised free screen savers that, if downloaded, would infect your computer with malicious programs like spyware.

Katherine Heigl – Hollywood’s big headliner in recent years is now susceptible to Internet lurkers too. “Katherine Heigl” was searched and a site was identified containing hundreds of malware-infected pictures.

Roseanne Barr Slams Angelina Jolie

Roseanne Barr isn’t a fan of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. In a post titled “Jon Voight” on her Web site, she slams the celebrity couple.Your evil spawn Angelina Jolie and her vacuous hubby Brad Pitt make about $40 million a year in violent, psychopathic movies and give away three of it to starving children, trying to look as if they give a crap about humanity as they spit out more dunces that will consume more than their fair share and wreck the earth even more.”

She also attacks the actress for recently saying she is undecided about the presidential election.“Miss Jolie says she likes [John] McCain too and hasn’t decided who to endorse….huh?” Roseanne writes. “Aren’t you supposed to be somewhat enlightened, or do you not know that the African daughter you hold in every picture had parents who suffered and died because of the Republican party’s worldwide economic assault on Africa over the last few decades since Reagan?”

She claims that Jolie’s “Thai and Vietnamese sons” are also “victims of America’s right-wing military incursions too.”Roseanne writes that “it might be good for your Asian and African children’s self-esteem to know you support” Barack Obama, a man of color, “for the leader of the free world.”

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button' Starring Brad Pitt

Scott Fitzgerald's 1922 story "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," about a man who is born old and ages backward, is coming to theaters in December, starring Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett.

The film has recently been shown to a test audience on the Paramount lot (note to self: stop for those people with clipboards asking whether you'd like to go to a free screening). Two capsule reviews have hit the Internet: One viewer loved the film; the other thought it was a little long.The movie departs from the original storyline in a couple of significant ways. The time frame has been moved up: Benjamin Button is born a few decades later than 1860. The setting seems to have been transplanted to the South rather than its original Baltimore. And it appears that instead of being born a fully grown old man, Benjamin Button is a tiny baby with an aged face (a little creepy, but somehow more believable that the issuance of a fully-grown adult from a pregnant mother).

Most important, the film seems to have a tragic love story at its center, as Pitt's Button gets younger while Blanchett, as his wife, grows older. Fitzgerald's original wasn't nearly so nice.Fitzgerald seems to be commenting on the superficiality of Benjamin Button and his wife. He falls for her beauty; she for his stability. Those are the very things each loses as they grow older (and younger), and they're distinctly unkind and ungenerous to each other as their rift grows.

Angelina Jolie’s babies have arrived and here are the pictures to prove it! Jolie gave birth to one boy and one girl, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline. They were delivered by Cesarian section very late on July 12, 2008 in Nice, France.Mommy Angelina and Daddy Brad are doing just fine although she will stay in the hospital for 2-3 more days. Baby Knox Leon weighed 5.03 pounds while Vivienne Marcheline weighed 5.0 pounds. The twins were delivered by Dr. Michel Sussmann at the local Lenval hospital in Nice. Read the whole story here.

Her gynecologist Michel Sussmann, had squashed the earlier rumors that Angelina had delivered the twins. But not is true!“Her hospitalization at this stage of her pregnancy is strictly normal for someone who underwent a caesarean in her first pregnancy.”

Photos of Angelina’s twins are said to be some of the most sought after photos ever. Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony set a record high price for the exclusive rights to the first pictures of their twins at a reported $4-6 million. The exclusive photos of Brad and Angelina’s twins are said to have caused bidding wars reaching up to $15 million! All of which will go to charity, of course.The twins will be the fifth and sixth children for Brangelina.

Paparazzi Arrested at Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt’s French Mansion

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's security team were forced to remove two paparazzi photographers from the grounds of the Hollywood stars' rented French estate, the couple's security chief said on Friday.The photographers were hiding in the grounds, sporting full camouflage. They fought with the guards as they were being told to leave.Tony Webb, head of the team guarding the Chateau Miraval estate where the couple are staying following the birth of their twins, said the incident took place on Thursday afternoon.

He says, "We caught the two and tried to escort them off the property and the guy's just gone beserk, thrashing out, kicking and actually biting one of the security people, breaking his finger, drawing blood and screaming that he had Hepatitis C."Police spokeswoman Capt. Olivia Poupot said Friday that police officers took the two photographers away and the two guards in for questioning after the bust-up at the Jolie-Pitt family's Miraval estate.

The police captain said both sides filed legal complaints accusing the other of battery and causing injury. She said she believed the injuries were bruises and scratches and "nothing nasty."Jolie, 33, returned to the estate after the July 12 birth of her twins, Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, in the Mediterranean city of Nice, about 60 miles away.
