Iron Man Stark is played by Robert Downey Jnr.

With her brunette locks and her leather catsuit, Natasha, whose alter ego is Black Widow, is bound to ignite tension with former assistant Pepper Potts, played by Gwyneth Paltrow. Paltrow said: ‘The men want it to be like, “Ooh, the girls are fighting over Tony”, but it’s not as standard as that.

‘There’s a weird male catfight fantasy. Downey agrees.He believes what differentiates the franchise from other superhero series can be summarised as follows: ‘We’re horny. The ads were recently released, and they are smoldering. Featuring Scarlett in various sprawling poses on a sofa and on the floor, the ads make you think that these clothes can make anyone sexy, but there’s a good chance it’s just Scarlett.

Mango describes Scarlett as,‘[the] epitome of an elegant, sensual woman who is, at the same time, both creative and inquisitive, and always aware of the latest fashion’.

Scarlett Johansson proved she is indeed a bubbly blonde in a new campaign for Moët & Chandon.The Hollywood actress looks her bombshell best in a series of smouldering images for the champagne house, who named her their first ever celebrity ambassador last month.In one provocative image she pops the cork off a bottle of the French tipple, while in another she shows off her fancy footwork as she holds a champagne glass between her toes.

The 24-year-old, who is no doubt delighted with the free flowing champagne that will come her way as part of the role, is also photographed reclining poolside on a lounge with a huge ice bucket (but not a drop of liquor in sight).The campaign was shot by renowned photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

The actress opens up about her private life, while still managing not to give away any details. Of the proposal from husband Ryan Reynolds, she said: “I wasn’t surprised that it was happening, but anyone being presented with a beautiful diamond ring, as a girl, you just squeal with delight. You say you can’t believe it, but of course you really can. I think all proposals are romantic. It was very down-to-earth and genuine. There was no crazy skywriting or anything like that, just nice words, and it was very sweet.”

She also talked about the extreme privacy of her Canadian wedding to Ryan. She hasn’t even released who designed her dress! “You have to protect some things, even if it’s a silly detail like who designed your dress. It was private, which is what I really wanted. I’ve never been the girl who thought of the big dress, the big ceremony. I’m more low-key than that. Most people want photographers at their wedding, and for us it was how do we leave them out?”

She goes on to say that everything is going well in her young marriage. “I feel like everything is really normal, it’s calm and natural, like the way it should be.” She refrained to give out any marriage advice, however, saying she hasn’t been married long enough to do something like that. Additionally, despite the constant tabloid speculation, she says she is NOT pregnant, nor does she plan to be anytime soon.

She also talked about watching her husband run in the New York marathon. She describes being proud of him and says she can’t run at all: “It was really incredible. I’m a horrible runner; I can barely put one foot in front of the other… I’m so not a sporty spice; I’m a stay-at-home-and-veg spice.”Turning attention to her career, she says she would like to do a Western, explaining that all actors want to do at least one Western movie in their career. When asked what kind of role she saw herself in, she said she would like to be a madam running her own brothel. “It’s only so long that people are going to want to see me in a corset, so I might as well do it now.” She also says she wants to turn her attention to directing and producing, as she realizes her looks will only get her roles for so long.

Looks like we didn’t even have time to think about when the Ryan Reynolds, Scarlett Johansson wedding would take place. The two married yesterday!Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson married last night in a private and intimate ceremony, so it is likely that no wedding pictures were snapped by paparazzi. The wedding took place outside of Vancouver at a remote wilderness resort. Guests, who may have taken some wedding photos, included Scarlett’s mother, Melanie Sloan, and her brother, Adrian Johansson.

The Ryan Reynolds, Scarlett Johansson wedding comes as a bit of a surprise as they have only been dating since February of 2007. The couple announced their engagement only four months ago, so people were expecting a bit more time to pass, and perhaps more opportunity to snap some wedding pictures! Ryan proposed to Scarlett with a three-carat diamond ring estimated to be worth about $30,000.Johansson, who had said in the past that people aren’t naturally monogamous, clarified her statement in a recent interview. She said:

“I believe in finding a soul mate. I’ve always been in monogamous relationships. I would never want to be in an open one. It’d be too awful.”This is the first marriage for both Ryan and Scarlett. Odd Celebrity Couples!!

I find Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johannson an odd couple. Maybe it’s the whole Alanis Morissette connection that is throwing me off, but they are not the only odd celebrity couple out there. The Michael Jackson/Lisa Marie Presley and the Julia Roberts/Lyle Lovett relationships are classic, but there are a few current odd celebrity couples giving them a run for their money. As a disclaimer, before you start commenting, “Leave them alone. Let them be happy. Who are you to judge. Blah Blah.” I’m not sticking small celebrity look-a-like voodoo dolls with pins hoping they break up, I just find the couples dating below a little strange.

Everyone is talking about the recent engagement of Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds, and she’s finally showing off the ring. That thing is a small ice rink. Am I the only one that finds this union strange? There’s also an eight year age difference. I wish them all the happiness Hollywood has to offer, the two together just screams odd. But maybe they’ll spawn an awesome man-hating Alanis song.

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer are next. It seems like the general public is in agreement with me according to this poll. Although it’s a tight race, 55% of people do not think they make a good couple. And just as a side note, when did John go Miami Ink on us?

Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds are officially engaged. After about a year of dating the two have decided to take the next step. This is Scarlett’s first engagement, however Ryan has been down this path before. He was engaged to Morissette, in 2004. In February 2007 they decided to call it off, and Ryan began dating Scarlett.23-year-old Scareltt has yet to set a date for the wedding to her 31-year-old fiancé. But Johansson’s publicist, Marcel Pariseau, did say, “They’re both thrilled.”

It looks like anytime this year would be a perfect opportunity for Scarlett and Ryan to get married. Scarlett just finished filming, while Ryan has two in production that should be finishing soon. Nothing else on the radar, so maybe we can expect a late summer/early fall wedding.

Scarlett Johansson has completed the cross over from actress to musician. Her album of Tom Waits covers has been in the making for awhile, but today her the video for her first single, “Falling Down”, dropped today.If you focus on the video and not the singing, it’s not so bad. It basically follows Scarlett around as she gets to the movie set and prepares for a role. We see her drive there, sit in the make up room and cover her tattoo. It’s quite the process getting ready to act. As for the singing, it’s not really what I imagined Scarlett sounding like.

If you’ve listened to the “Royal Tennenbaums” soundtrack, it reminds me a little of Nico - just a bit deeper than comfortable, but not so bad that you turn it off. But if you like close ups of Scarlett, you’ll love her new video for “Falling Down”.Johansson’s album is set to be released on May 20.
