Sharon Stone Steals Show from Angelina Jolie in Hot Dress at Cannes

Angelina Jolie had the perfect dress and, with Brad Pitt on her arm, the perfect accessory.But just as she was basking in her moment of glory at Cannes, a glamorous Sharon Stone turned up - in a dress that showed off a lot more leg.The 51-year-old actress sashayed down the red carpet, showing off her enviable figure in a strapless black Balmain mini dress, complete with billowing train.

Angelina's tea-rose Versace gown, although slashed to the thigh and backless, left a little more to the imagination. It did however display the 33-year-old star's array of tattoos - including one on her shoulder blade showing the map co-ordinates of where her children were born.While the cast of Brad's new film, Inglourious Basterds, lined up together for pictures, Angelina, who is not in the movie, had to stand behind.But Brad, dapper in a classic tuxedo by Tom Ford, was keen not to leave her out. He showed his affection for her by bucking tradition and leaving the cast behind to go back for his partner.

Actress Diane Kruger, who also stars in the Tarantino film, opted for the Greek goddess look with a stunning white, backless gown by Marchesa.Spirits ran high as the cast, including director Quentin Tarantino and Austin powers actor Mike Myers, celebrated the screening with an impromptu dance.Tarantino grabbed French actress Melanie Laurent to re-enact the famous Pulp Fiction 'Jack Rabbit Slim's' scene starring John Travolta and Uma Thurman.

The film won Cannes' accolade, the Palm D'Or in 1994, and Tarantino is no doubt hoping he will strike gold again.Queen of Burlesque Dita Von Teese made an appearance but was surprisingly demure in a '50s style monochrome prom dress while singer Joss Stone, in a canary yellow dress, and Swedish model Victoria Silverstedt, in a purple floor-length gown, brought bold colour to the carpet.

Sharon Stone: Botox Son’s Feet

Sharon Stone lost primary custody of her son following a bitter custody battle with her ex-husband. Now we are hearing why she lost custody and its pretty bizarre.Sharon Stone has been locked in a custody battle with her former husband, Phil Bronstein, since they divorced. She lost custody of her 8-year-old son, Roan, for unspecified reasons. Now we are getting some of the details as to her lack of any basic instincts for parenting.

According to court papers, she wanted to botox her son’s feet to keep them from stinking. Botox her son’s feet? Have you ever heard anything like that? Does botox keep feet from smelling? Her former husband, on the other hand, suggested that washing his feet and having him wear socks might take care of the problem. Imagine that! Common sense parenting doesn’t sound like her forte.

Some other issues with her getting custody are reported to be that she over reacted to any medical issues with their son. She was convinced her Roan had some kind of spinal condition even though there wasn’t any medical evidence of that. She also wasn’t particularly involved with her son. Apparently, she pleaded with the court that she had put her career on hold to raise him. The court noted that if that were true, she still was uninvolved with him. Frankly, her career might be on hold not so much for her to raise Roan as much as because at 50-years-old her primary talent of going commando and flashing cameras isn’t in as much demand as it once was. Whatever the reason, the court found that the father was a much more involved and loving parent than Sharon.

Phil Bronstein is Sharon Stone’s Ex Husband

Phil Bronstein, former editor of the San Francisco Chronicle and the ex husband of Sharon Stone.Phil Bronstein, the ex-husband of Sharon Stone, has been awarded physical custody of their 8-year-old adopted son Roan. The boy is currently living with Bronstein in San Francisco and attends school there. Roan will continue to live with Bronstein unless Stone moves to the San Francisco area or Bronstein moves.According to the minutes taken from the custody hearing on September 12th, the court does not feel a move is in Roan’s “best interest”. Stone will be allowed “access” to Roan.

Phil Bronstein was born in 1951, so his age is around 57 years old. Bronstein started in the newspaper business 20 years ago as a reporter for the San Francisco Examiner. He was recognized for his reporting in the Philippines during the 1980’s. He was also a reporter for KQED-TV in San Franscisco.In 1991, Bronstein became executive editor of the San Francisco Examiner, after having had managing editor duties with the paper.Bronstein married actress Sharon Stone in February 1998. Together they adopted a son, Roan, who was born on May 22, 2000. Bronstein and Stone divorced in January 2004.He became executive vice president and editor of the San Francisco Chronicle in 2003. He left his editor job at the Chronicle in January 2008, and is “editor at large” with Hearst Newspapers.

China Hates Sharon Stone!!

Sharon Stone opened her mouth and verbal diarrhea came spewing out. She unleashed her karma based belief that China was getting its just desserts after the earthquake that claimed the lives of over 68,000 people.She might as well have said that she killed Jesus and liked to kick kittens. In response to Stone’s comments on China “not being very nice” and getting some sort of horrific payback, China has had some boycotts put into effect. Cinemas refuse to show her films and even Dior has pulled her images from their campaigns.

“Due to some customer reaction we have decided to pull her image from all of the department stores and from all of China,” Christian Dior China said in a statement.“We just want our customers and fans to realize that her personal comments are not related to the company and of course we don’t support any type of commentary that will hurt the feelings of our customers.”Now that she is finding that karma works both ways. Not even being tight with the Dalai Lama can save her sorry ancient carcass.

“In the course of the interview I made inappropriate remarks and for any harm created towards the Chinese people I am extremely sad and apologize.”Damage is done crazy bitch. China has accepted her “sorry” but pretty much told her to piss off and the boycott remains. Leave it to her to garner the hate of any entire country.
