Shiva Rose Gharibafshar is the wife of Dylan McDermott. After twelve years of marriage, the couple is divorcing.Shiva Rose is an American actress who was born in Santa Monica Ca. on February 8, 1969. She is a gorgeous woman of Irish and Persian decent. Her father, Parviz Gharibafshar, is in the television business, as he is a popular TV star in Iran for the Persian Broadcasting Company, Tapesh. Shiva has had several small roles on TV, including appearances on The Practice, CSI: Miami and Las Vegas.
Shiva Rose married fellow actor Dylan McDermott, of the popular television series, The Practice. During their marriage the couple had two daughters Colette and Charlotte.
Things became rocky for Dylan and Shiva last year, leading to the separation of the couple. Apparently they were unable to work out their issues. Last Friday, Dylan filed a petition for a disillusion of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. According to the documents, the property and custody of their children will be determined at a later date.
