Mel Gibson looks set to become a father for the eighth time.According to U.S. reports the 53-year-old actor's Russian girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, 39, is pregnant with his child.Oksana, who attended the LA premiere with the star last month, is reported to be in her second trimester.Gibson's publicist said he had 'no comment' to make on the matter when contacted by Mail Online.The new comes after Gibson's estranged wife of 28 years Robyn filed for divorce last month citing 'irreconcilable differences'.

Just two weeks later Oksana, a pianist and singer, made a surprise appearance with the Braveheart actor at the Wolverine premiere.Their public outing together came as a shock given the fact Gibson, a devout Catholic, will have to defend his £640million fortune in the upcoming divorce battle.Oksana is signed to Gibson's recording label Icon and previously dated former James Bond star Timothy Dalton. The couple split up two years ago and have a 12-year-old son, Thomas.In other news, Gibson has one less headache to deal with after settling a multimillion-dollar lawsuit over Passion Of The Christ.

It was only two weeks ago that Mel Gibson shocked Hollywood by admitting he had been separated from his wife Robyn for several years.Now that the couple announced divorce proceedings, the 53-year-old actor is free to date and he hasn't wasted any time in showing off his new girlfriend.The Mad Max star appeared at the Los Angeles premiere of X-Men Origins: Wolverine, hand-in-hand with new love Oksana Grigorieva.

The 39-year-old Russian singer's appearance with Mel came as surprising given the fact his £640million fortune is at stake in his upcoming divorce battle.Grigorieva was just one of several Oksanas linked to Mel after he first revealed his divorce plans.The singer is signed to Mel's recording label Icon and previously dated former James Bond star Timothy Dalton. The couple split up two years ago.

They have a 12-year-old son, Thomas. She is believed to live in a house in Sherman Oaks, California, which is linked to Mel's production company.A source at the screening said the couple kept a low-profile and declined to pose on the red carpet together and instead hurried into Grauman's Chinese Theatre holding hands.It is believed Oksana was the mystery brunette photographed with the Australian on a beach near his Costa Rica home in March.

She famously shaved off her hair, then in January held the boys hostage in a stand-off with authorities at her Los Angeles home.

Britney Spears & Mel Gibson Vacationing in Costa Rica

Britney Spears and Mel Gibson have packed their bags for a vacation together in Costa Rica. With all the pregnancy rumors swirling around Britney, I can’t help but wonder.Britney arrived on time, about 5 minutes after Mel, and the plane departed at 9:05 a.m.We spotted them leaving on a private plane to the Central American state early this morning. Sources tell us that Mel is taking Britney and her father JAMIE for a mini-vacation. We’ve learned they will be guests at Mel’s home in Costa Rica.

According to the terms of her custody Britney’s children cannot leave the country without special approval. There is no confirmation as to whether she sought approval and we’re told they are not joining her on the trip.While the pop star and the actor may appear to be an unlikely duo, they used to live in the same Malibu community and were spotted having dinner together at Studio City’s Romanov restaurant in March.

Apparently Britney Spears and Mel Gibson had dinner together last night at Romanov. The evening date lasted over two hours.The two have both been torn apart by the press for their bizarre behavior. Mel and Brit’s father, Jamie Spears share the same attorney Blare Berk, so that is possibly one source that could have brought them together.My guess is religion and not a movie role. Gibson is involved with the ultra conservative Church of the Holy Family in Malibu. Last week Britney had her tattoo of a Kabbalah symbol removed. So she may just be looking for a new religion.

It seems like in the past any time that the pop star was going through turmoil she always turned to some sort of religion or at least carried around books on religion.Mel who has had his share of unusual behavior had this to say about Britney in the past:“I feel compassion for someone like Britney. She never gets a moment….Your heart goes out to her because I’m positive that, at her core, she’s a good woman.”Surely something will surface on the two famous stars and why they were dining together.
