Britney Spears and Mel Gibson Met For Dinner

Apparently Britney Spears and Mel Gibson had dinner together last night at Romanov. The evening date lasted over two hours.The two have both been torn apart by the press for their bizarre behavior. Mel and Brit’s father, Jamie Spears share the same attorney Blare Berk, so that is possibly one source that could have brought them together.My guess is religion and not a movie role. Gibson is involved with the ultra conservative Church of the Holy Family in Malibu. Last week Britney had her tattoo of a Kabbalah symbol removed. So she may just be looking for a new religion.

It seems like in the past any time that the pop star was going through turmoil she always turned to some sort of religion or at least carried around books on religion.Mel who has had his share of unusual behavior had this to say about Britney in the past:“I feel compassion for someone like Britney. She never gets a moment….Your heart goes out to her because I’m positive that, at her core, she’s a good woman.”Surely something will surface on the two famous stars and why they were dining together.
