After her recent run of bad luck, Kate Moss has escaped to the Caribbean.And judging by these pictures of her lying topless on a deserted beach with boyfriend Jamie Hince, she certainly appears to be enjoying herself.The 36-year-old supermodel, who has seen her London home flooded and burgled in the space of a week, was photographed sharing a lingering kiss with Hince as they lounged around in the sand yesterday.Their intimate clinch was reminiscent of the famous beach scene in the 1953 film From Here To Eternity with Deborah Kerr with Burt Lancaster.

Will Elin Nordegren’s custody wishes come true? Some say that she may try to become the sole custodian of her children when they file for divorce.It appears that she may be waiting for a while before actually filing for divorce. Obviously the word is that she has lost trust in Tiger so she wants out, but their separation would leave the couple’s kids hanging in the balance.

In the meantime Tiger is apparently going to check himself into rehab for his reported ‘sexual addiction,’ and even for his alleged misuse of prescription drugs. Elin thinks Tiger still hasn’t done enough to save their marriage, in spite of his announced indefinite break from golf. Tiger is rumored to be checking into rehab to treat his “sexual compulsions” and use of prescribed meds, Ambien, which he used to have wild sex with Rachel Uchitel, and Vicodin.

Monica Hanson,Hot Playboy Model Sues Doctor

Former Playboy model Monica Hanson is suing a Miami plastic surgeon for using photos of her to promote his business without permission. The former Miss Norway claims Dr. Leonard Hochstein posted photos of her on his website against her will, but he claims he had permission to use the images.

Monica Hanson, voted Maxim’s ‘Woman of the year’ in 2006, sued Dr. Leonard Hochstein after he used photos of her on his website to promote his plastic surgery practice in Miami. The two had reportedly dated for a brief time and maintained a friendly relationship after they broke up, according to MiamiHerald.com. But things between the former couple went badly wrong when the doctor decided to use pics of the former Playboy model to sell his surgical services.

Hanson won a judgement against Dr. Hochstein for more than $550,000 over the use of her photos, but the doctor is now challenging that judgement. The renowned plastic surgeon claims he had permission to use the photos when he posted them and gave Hanson discounted surgeries in exchange for her photos. Hochstein plans to hand over emails and MySpace messages from Hanson showing she was fully aware he had rights to use the images, including one where she stated she “was not going to sue” because she “did let Lenny use the pictures.”

Kanye West Apologizes on Jay Leno Show for Taylor Swift MTV VMA Incident

Kanye West appeared on Jay Leno’s show, on the premiere episode in its new time slot, to give a sincere apology to Taylor Swift for his actions at the MTV VMA’s. He offered no excuses, and seemed deeply ashamed.The premiere episode of Jay Leno’s new show had been promoted to death, promising performances from Jay-z, Kanye West, and Rihanna. Wisely, Kanye requested the opportunity to address the issue of his behavior to the massive swath of viewers—and it worked.

As the show opened, Jay Leno didn’t begin by delivering one of his famed monologues. Instead, he brought out Kanye, who took a seat next to him. From the moment the rapper walked onto the set, his demeanor was clearly that of a man who had just taken a spoonful of media hate. He was humble and solemn, and his trademark confidence seemed a little shaken.

After a quick joke by Leno, who asked him to “tell us about your day,” he began:

“…it’s been extremely difficult, just dealing with the fact that I hurt someone or took anything away from a talented artist, or from anyone, because you know I only wanted to help people my entire life, I’ve only wanted to give and do something that I thought was right. And in this situation, I immediately knew it was wrong….it was actually someone’s emotions that I stepped on…it was rude, period.”

Leno then asks him, “so when did you know you were wrong?” To which Kanye replies, “…when I gave the mic back to her and she didn’t keep going.”

Personally, I think Jay went too far with what came next. He asked Kanye, who had just recently lost his mother, what she would have thought about his actions. That was obviously hard hitting, and caused the rapper to pause, and very nearly cry. He didn’t actually answer that question, but you could tell it led to some deep reflection.

Alright, I think it’s about time we let him off the hook on this one. He has obviously shown remorse, and even called Taylor Swift himself to apologize, which she accepted. Michael Cardosi Is Jasmine Fiore’s Ex Husband

It has now been revealed that Jasmine Fiore had an ex-husband named Michael Cardosi, whom she saw days before her murder. Cardosi had been married to the murdered model from 2003-2006. After spending time in prison he was let out on parole August 11th. TMZ reports that Jasmine Fiore met him immediately after he was released, and the former couple then spent some time together.

Oddly enough, he was arrested for a parole violation the same day her badly disfigured body turned up. After his arrest, police searched his home, which turned up multiple love letters he wrote to Fiore during his stint in prison. The letters reportedly indicate that the two were physically involved while he was locked up.

This series of events has led some to speculate that jealousy may have been a motive in her slaying. Could there have been a love triangle between Cardosi, Fiore, and Jenkins?



RadarOnline reports that Cardosi was devastated by the news of Jasmine’s death. His mother told the outlet:“…Jasmine was capable of having multiple relationships…she and my son were too similar in a lot of ways…their relationship was very volatile at times.”Michael Cardosi is not a suspect in the murder of Jasmine Fiore, and remains in prison.

'Sex Tapes Among Items Stolen' from Lindsay Lohan's Home

Police have released CCTV images of three burglary suspects caught on camera breaking into Lindsay Lohan's Hollywood Hills home.The suspects, who covered their faces with scarves, were captured walking through a gate and entering the courtyard of the property in the early hours on Sunday while the actress was out with her younger sister Ali.

Detectives believe they got inside through an unlocked door before ransacking the house and stealing items belonging to Lindsay, 23.Police say two of the suspects were female and the third was male, all aged between 18 and 25.Posting messages on Twitter, Lindsay said some items taken had sentimental value.

This included 'very incriminating videos and photos' along with legal documents, according to reports in the Daily Mirror.The Mean Girls star expressed her suspicions about the burglary, and suggested the perpetrators might be known to her.She wrote: 'I know it was not a ROBBERY. Electronics weren't taken... just things that a certain old friend knew meant a lot to me.'

Lindsay also said she felt 'violated' and was eager to find out who did it so she can sleep at night.She added: 'Bad Karma for them, right? I'm all about Karma.. what goes around comes around!'The Los Angeles Police Department describe the first suspect as a white male, 18 to 25 years of age, 5 feet 9 inches tall with a thin build and light-brown hair. See photos video and find out more as she is now suing Google for $15 million.Rosemary Port (picture above) is a 29-year-old Fashion Institute of Technology student who plans to file a $15 million federal lawsuit against Google for revealing her identity in the aftermath of a lawsuit filed by 36-year-old Canadian fashion model Liskula Cohen.

Rosemary Port, Skanks of NYC blogger had written about the model, as an anonymous blogger, accusing her of being “psychotic, lying, whoring … skank”.

The model won a landmark case against Google in New York Supreme Court which resulted in Google revealing the blogger’s identity. In so doing, Judge Joan Madden rejected the claim of Rosemary Port, Skanks of NYC Blogger that blogs are a “modern-day forum for conveying personal opinions, including invective and ranting” and thereby should not be regarded as factual assertions.

In the aftermath of the court ruling, Google turned over the e-mail address and IP addresses from each time the blogger had logged on to the blog, thus allowing Liskula Cohen to find out the blogger’s true identity. The blog which was on Blogger.com — owned by Google — has since been deleted.

The Times Online quotes Google spokesman, Andrew Pederson who said the company does “sympathize with anyone who may be the victim of cyber bullying.” He further said:We also take great care to respect privacy concerns and will only provide information about a user in response to a subpoena or other court order. If content is found by a court to be defamatory, we will, of course, remove it immediately.”

In an interview with the New York Daily News, her attorney Salvatore Strazzullo states that Rosemary Port in the lawsuit will charge that Google “breached its fiduciary duty to protect her expectation of anonymity.” He went on to say. “I’m ready to take this all the way to the Supreme Court,” Strazzullo said. “Our Founding Fathers wrote ‘The Federalist Papers’ under pseudonyms. Inherent in the First Amendment is the right to speak anonymously. Shouldn’t that right extend to the new public square of the Internet?”

Rosemary Port told the newspaper:When I was being defended by attorneys for Google, I thought my right to privacy was being protected…But that right fell through the cracks. Without any warning, I was put on a silver platter for the press to attack me. Great Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps was involved in a car accident Thursday night, August 13th, 2009, say reports coming out of Baltimore, Maryland, the swimmer’s hometown.There was a Michael Phelps car accident involving the Olympian swimmer and an unidentified woman. The Michael Phelps crash occurred shortly after 9PM on Thursday evening.

Apparently Phelps’ black Cadillac Escalade and a Honda Accord collided just after 9PM on Thursday night at the intersection of East Biddle Street and West Calvert Street in Downtown Baltimore, according to Baltimore City Police officials.

As far as what caused the crash, there are no definite specifics being reported, however witnesses told TMZ that the vehicles crashed after someone ran a stoplight and then hit another car that was not moving.Alcohol is said to be NOT a factor in this accident. Michael Phelps was uninjured and the unidentified woman had no serious injuries.

Meanwhile, Edwards has offered to take a paternity test to prove he’s not the father.Edwards’ cancer-stricken wife, Elizabeth, told Oprah in an interview earlier this year that she is unsure of the paternity of the baby.“I’ve seen a picture of the baby. I have no idea. It doesn’t look like my children, but I don’t have any idea.”
