Madeline Rose Zima was born September 16, 1985 in New Haven, Connecticut, to Marie and Dennis Zima. She has two sisters, Vanessa and Yvonne, who are both actresses. Madeline got into the business at a young age, when at 23 months she was cast in a fabric softener commercial. After that, she starred in ‘The Hand that Rocks the Cradle’. After that came one of her best known roles, youngest daughter Grace Sheffield in ‘The Nanny’. Since, Madeline has appeared in numerous television and movie roles, all of which earned her three nominations with the YoungStar Awards, and thirteen nominations with the Young Artist Awards.
Madeline Zima’s most recent role has been on Showtime’s dramedy ‘Californication’. She first guest starred as Mia, a 16 year old who seduces David Duchovny’s character. She returned in 2008 to reprise the role, and has starred in several webisodes of the series. She also used the racy role to land herself a sexy photo spread in FHM.
