Biggest Loser Winner Is Michelle Aguilar
The season finale of NBC's "The Biggest Loser: Families" premiered Tuesday night -- unveiling an all-new winner who claimed the $250,000 prize, and an at-home contestant who won the $100,000 prize! Twenty-six-year old contestant Michelle was named the "Biggest Loser," winning the top prize after losing a total of 110 pounds.Michelle, who trained with Jillian Michaels along with her mother/teammate Renee, beat out finalists Vicky and Ed.
But when the finale show began, viewers were unclear who the third finalist would be -- only knowing Michelle and Vicky had made the cut.It was between the husband-and-wife team of Ed and Heba, and host Alison Sweeney revealed that 84 percent of viewers voted to keep Ed in the competition despite his pleading with viewers to vote for his wife.
But it wasn't all bad news for Heba, who was named the $100,000 at-home winner, losing a total of 138 pounds. Heba, a 30-year-old pharmaceutical sales rep, weighed in as the heaviest woman in the competition when the season first premiered.Also on hand for the big finale were trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels.
