Sandra Bullock Goes Nude For The proposal

It seems with age comes confidence for Hollywood star Sandra Bullock.For most of her career the actress has kept her clothes on for movie roles that have seen her play a string of prim - if a little geeky - characters such as Miss Congeniality.But now, aged 44, she has appeared in her first nude scenes in her new film The proposal.

Bullock joked that that she'll be stripping for more roles following the romantic comedy's runaway succes.The Proposal, due for release in the UK on July 22, debuted at the top of the U.S. box office and sees her star alongside Ryan Reynolds, the husband of Scarlett Johansson.Speaking to GMTV's Ben Shepherd yesterday, Sandra said appearing in the buff helped the film do well in America and pledged to bare all well into old age.

She said: 'Box office like this - I’m going to be naked in every single film!'I’m going to be 70 years old - everything like hanging down - and I’m just going to walk by in random people’s films.'She continued: 'Come on, can you imagine me at 70, walking naked in who’s film? Zac Efron! Zac Efron doing a big film – there I am, running naked in the background.

'Just back and forth until someone notices. Big box office - they’re all going to want me in their film!'The actress went on to reveal the key to ‘bringing in the money’ is not filming steamy sex scenes - but by being naked and funny.She said: 'If you’re naked and you’re trying to be sexy - you don’t really make as much money as if you’re naked and you’re funny.'And Will Ferrell has been onto that for quite some time. Have you noticed how he drops his trousers in every single film? I’m going to do that from now on. Action film - all naked!'

Sandra Bullock Appears On Oprah Show

In celebration of Earth Day, Oprah’s show today featured guests like Julia Roberts, who discussed the top 5 green foods for your kitchen, and Al Gore, who discussed his eco-campaign. But the biggest hit of the television show was Sandra Bullock, who talked about growing up green and her clean burning soy Bessence candles.

Sandra has always been environmentally conscious because her mother raised her that way. As a kid, she ate macrobiotic foods and wore clothes made without dyes and chemicals. Now Sandra uses those same lessons in the restaurant that she owns; for instance, the to go containers are made of sugarcane instead of styrofoam, paper or plastic. How’s that for biodegradable. Of making the extra effort, Sandra says,
“It’s just a few cents. I think we’re absolutely worth it—those few extra pennies [help] to make sure that we have a beautiful earth.”

But the biggest hit of Sandra’s presentation were her candles. After finding out that there were a lot of chemicals in the candles in her home, Sandra started her own line of soy-based candles with lead-free wicks and all organic, recycled packaging. She calls the line Bessence Candles

Sandra Bullock Hit By Drunk Driver

Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James were hit by a drunk driver with a blood alcohol level of .20, more than twice the legal limit.Bullock and James were in the back of a SUV when Lucille Gatchell crossed the center line in her station wagon and hit them. Both vehicles were traveling around 20 mph and were totaled, but no one was hurt. Law enforcement officials say Bullock was “gracious and concerned about whether Gatchell was OK.” Gatchell on the other hand was, well, drunk.

“After I arrested her I had her in the cruiser. I said, ‘Do you realize who you hit?’ She asked, ‘Who?’ I said, ‘Sandra Bullock’,” Mackey said. “She was almost giggling and laughing. She said, ‘My first drunk driving and I hit Sandra Bullock’.”The accident occurred in Massachusetts where Sandra is on location filming the romantic comedy “The Proposal.” She is starring opposite Ryan Reynolds in the film about a woman who forces her assistant to marry her to avoid deportation to Canada.
