Being the actress is underage any kind of nude photos are considered child pornography.Jamie Lynn Spears has some very personal pictures floating around, as some of the photos include her breast-feeding baby Maddie, and a photo of her breast is exposed.

The pictures were reportedly taken by Jamie Lynn’s fiancé, Casey Aldridge, on his cell phone. He took the pictures to a Wal-Mart to be developed, where it seems as though someone made extra copies. That person is reportedly trying to sell the pictures including the breast-feeding photos and the photo exposing Jamie Lynn’s left breast.

Pictures also include Britney Spears holding the baby, one of Jamie Lynn, Britney, Brian, Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears around Jamie Lynn’s hospital bed. There are also pics of Maddie by herself, and a picture of Jamie Lynn in a negligee holding the baby. All in all there are twelve photos.

Jamie Lynn is still a minor, so buying or selling any kind of nude photos, even if they are of breast-feeding and not of sexual nature, could be a violation of federal laws prohibiting pornography. The pictures of Jamie Lynn’s breast could land the person who stole the photos, and anyone who purchases them, in federal prison.

Meet Kelli Dawson, the woman alleging that she slept with Casey Aldridge while his fiancé, Jamie Lynn Spears, was six months pregnant.Kelli Dawson is much older than Casey Aldridge, and has come forward with the story to In Touch Weekly. Dawson says that she and Aldridge had a relationship, and even slept together while his 16-year-old fiancé, Jamie Lynn, was pregnant with their child. Kelli, who is 28 years old, looks like an older, rougher version of Jamie Lynn and says that Casey, 19, began pursuing her in 2006 while he was already dating Jamie Lynn. However, Kelli claims that they didn’t do anything but kiss until spring of 2007, when they started sleeping together (which would conveniently make Casey of legal age).

In Touch even talked to Britney Spears’ first husband, Jason Alexander, who told them that Kelli and Casey were on and off for a few years. He says,“Kelli and Casey have been a couple on and off for a few years. They were a really tight couple, but I think it was hard for Kelli, having Jamie Lynn in the picture.”Kelli says that she and Casey stopped sleeping together just before Jamie Lynn gave birth to Maddie. Lynne Spears Killed a Boy

In an exclusive story, National Enquirer has revealed that Lynne Spears, mother of Britney and Jamie Lynn, killed a 12 year old boy in 1975 when she ran over him with her car. Jamie Lynn Spears Gave Birth to a Baby Girl

Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth to a baby girl this morning, naming her Maddie Briann.Jamie Lynn gave birth to Maddie Briann around 9:30 AM today at Mississippi Southwest Regional Hospital. Jamie Lynn’s family - dad Jamie, mom Lynne, brother Bryan and sister Britney were all at the hospital at the time of the birth. According to the Daily Mail, Jamie Lynn had a C-section after it was found that the baby was in a breech position. Maddie Briann reportedly weighed in at 6 pounds, 10 ounces.

Jamie Lynn’s fiance, Casey Aldridge, proposed to her last March and the two have purchased a three bedroom home in Liberty, Mississippi, which is where Casey attended high school. Jamie Lynn has already passed her GED exam, having done so just this past February. They have been together for a few years now, and met while at church.

It was quite a surprise when Jamie Lynn announced she was pregnant last December at the young age of 16. She turned 17 on April 4th. With her Zoey 101 show over, it looks as if she may be taking a break from the Hollywood scene and settling down in Mississippi. Let’s hope she does a better job mothering than her sister Britney.

Jamie Lynn Spears Stalker Is Arrested

A celebrity photographer accused of stalking Jamie Lynn Spears and her fiance has been arrested.Edwin W. Merino, 30, of Los Angeles, posted bond Tuesday. He is scheduled to appear in court next week.Authorities in Liberty, a small town in southwest Mississippi near the Louisiana border, said Merino wouldn’t leave the pregnant Spears and her fiance, Casey Aldridge, alone.

Merino denied the accusations in a phone interview Wednesday with The Associated Press. He said that he was about 200 feet away from the couple using a long lens when he was arrested at a gas station.The younger Spears and Aldridge have been the subject of intense attention since she announced her pregnancy in December. She said then she was 12 weeks along, which would make the 17-year-old due any time.Merino said he had little luck taking pictures of the couple and was preparing to leave the area.

Merino’s arrest was first reported by the McComb Enterprise-Journal.Merino said he didn’t spend any significant time in jail. A deputy drove him to three automated teller machines and he got the $1,143 he needed to be released.In the end, Merino said the trip was a waste.“The one picture I got was kind of by luck,” he said. “I got lucky when I saw them at Wal-Mart when I was buying deodorant.”

Lynne Spears Files Restraining Order Against Sam Lutfi

As the drama surrounding Britney Spears grows daily, Super Tuesday was no exception. Today the Los Angeles Superior Court released an 11-page restraining order that Lynne Spears filed on Britney Spears’ behalf on February 1. The hearing in the matter is scheduled for February 22 according to celebrity.rightpundits.com.

In her allegations, Lynne claims, among other things, that Lutfi:

“has inserted himself into my daughter’s life, home and finances”
“disabled all of Britney’s cars”

“had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve her kids”

“had disposed of all of the phone chargers and had made the house phones unworkable”

“told me, ‘You’d better learn that I control everything. I control Howard Grossman, Britney’s business manger. I control her attorney’s and the security guards at the gate. They don’t listen to Britney, they listen to me….’”

“told me that if he weren’t in the house to give Britney her medicine, she would kill herself. Then he said to me ‘If you try to get rid of me, she’ll be dead and I’ll piss on her grave.’”

“hides her dog, London. She looks for him all over the house crying and then Sam brings the dog from the hiding place and acts like her savior.”

Most of Lynne’s allegations stem from the night of January 28, just a few days before Britney was taken to the hospital. One of Britney’s personal staff said of Lutfi,“He was a total megalomaniac. … I’ve met a lot of control freaks in my time, but this guy topped ’em all. Plus, despite what he said, he never had Britney’s best interests at heart. He only cares about himself. He’s a total self-promoter.”

X17online.com is reporting that fallen pop singer Britney Spears allegedly tried to commit suicide this evening.A source tells the celebrity news website that Spears' mother Lynne has rushed to her daughter's Beverly Hills home.Reports indicate that Spear's 'manager' Sam Lutfi is also at Spears' home.The website also states that police and press helicopters are already at the scene.

Another Spears baby is reportedly on the way — and it's not Britney's. Jamie Lynn Spears, the 16-year-old "Zoey 101" star and sister of Britney Spears, told OK! magazine that she's pregnant and that the father is her boyfriend, Casey Aldridge.

Jamie Lynn Spears is 12 weeks along and initially kept the news to herself when she learned of the pregnancy from an at-home test and subsequent doctor visit, she told the celebrity magazine, which hits stands in New York on Wednesday and the rest of the country by Friday.

After she found out from a doctor that she was pregnant, she said, "I took two weeks to myself where I didn't tell anybody.""Only one of my friends knew because I needed to work out what I would do for myself before I let anyone's opinion affect my decision. Then I told my parents and my friends. I was scared, but I had to do what was right for me," she said.

Lynne Spears, already grandmother to Britney's young sons, told the magazine: "I didn't believe it because Jamie Lynn's always been so conscientious. She's never late for her curfew. I was in shock. I mean, this is my 16-year-old baby."
