Dancing With The Stars Julianne Hough Undergoes Appendix Surgery

Dancing With The Stars pro Julianne Hough has been forced to take to a two week break from the dancefloor after undergoing surgery to treat endometriosis in Los Angeles this afternoon.“They say its three or four days of recovery. I’m thinking more like a week. Then I’ll be able to work with Cody. But I won’t be dancing for two weeks.”

“They want to clean out the cysts and take out my appendix, too, because later on it can be affected by the cysts. Endometriosis is a common thing for women,” Julianne wrote on her Fancast.com blog on Tuesday.

“They’re doing it laparoscopically through my belly button so I won’t have a scar. My mom had it done a few years ago and she doesn’t have a scar. With my mom and my sister having endometriosis, you can see genetics plays a big part. I guess my brother Derek is the only sibling in the family who doesn’t have to worry about having his ovaries checked.”Linley will practice and perform with Edyta Sliwinska, who performed on with comedian Jeffrey Ross earlier this season before being eliminated in the first week.

Chuck Wicks is Julianne Hough’s Boyfriend

Country singer Chuck Wicks is in a confirmed relationship with fellow country singer and two-time “Dancing with the Stars” champion Julianne Hough.The extremely cute and excited Julianne Hough, 20, told People magazine of her new boyfriend:“It’s very difficult to date – I just got kind of lucky!…He’s just a great guy! He’s awesome and really, really talented…I’m having a great time getting to know him.”

Chuck Wicks was born June 20th, 1979, which makes him 29 years old. He was raised on a potato farm in Delaware before he moved out on his own to pursue country music in Nashville, TN. RCA Records caught wind of his songwriting skills, and signed him up for a contract in 2007.After participating in the very short reality series, “Nashville,” which lasted only two episodes, Chuck Wicks had a hit song with, “Stealing Cinderella.” The song was the biggest debut of any country artist in 2007. He is still considered an up and coming talent.Julianne Hough and Chuck Wicks met while touring with Brad Paisley this past summer. They were “work-out buddies,” and ran up and down stadium stairs to keep fit. Chuck Wicks recently broke up with his girlfriend, presumably in order to be with the adorably perky dancer.

Julianne Hough postponed Her Wedding to Ex-fiancée Zach Wilson

Not only is Helio Castroneves the new winner of "Dancing With the Stars" -- he's also a newly single man. Castroneves told entertainment news show "Extra" on Wednesday that he has split from his fiancée, Aliette Vazquez. There's speculation that the breakup may have been caused by a budding romance between Castroneves and his "Dancing With the Stars" partner, Julianne Hough. The two shared a kiss on Tuesday night's show.

Earlier in the season, the racing star pushed back his engagement. If there is something brewing between Castroneves and Hough, it wouldn't be the first time "Dancing With the Stars" has sparked an on-set romance -- or an off-screen obstacle.

Hough was engaged to Zach Wilson and originally planned to marry on August 8, 2007 but has postponed her marriage. Hough postponed her wedding to ex-fiancée and fellow dancer Zach Wilson because she was too busy preparing for the upcoming season of the show.

Zach Wilson since has listed his profile as single on his MySpace site. She has also been romantically linked with Kevin Connolly of Entourage fame, who recently gave her a diamond ring and admitted that he is "actively pursuing" Julianne, although Julianne denies a romantic relationship.
