On Tuesday night, according to Life & Style Magazine, Spears reportedly went out for a late night dinner at the Mirabella restaurant in LA to visit her new boyfriend, Michael Marchand, a waiter at the restaurant.The two have been reportedly quietly dating for a few weeks, and are slowly making their relationship public.

"Michael Marchand came a little after midnight, and Britney Spears came in right after. They were being discreet. Forty-five minutes later, they left the restaurant together. He was charming. He made Britney laugh and looked at her with this secret smile. They left in separate cars." According to magazine.

Britney reportedly "instantly fell" for Marchand at Mirabella when she first ate there in early november. A source close to the waiter said, "Their chemistry was immediate.
