Paris Hilton and Benji Madden,rumors on the street say the celebrity socialite is hooking up with the Good Charlotte frontman who recently ended his engagement to longtime girlfriend Sophie Monk.Life & Style is reporting that Paris and Benji hooked up on Thursday night, February 21, while partying at Villa nightclub in L.A. The hotel heiress was with sister Nicky Hilton and a large group of girls. An eyewitness told Life & Style, "When she saw Benji, she only had eyes for him. She walked over and gave him a huge kiss. It was over the top and lots of tongue was involved!"

Things are so serious that, sources tell us, the Good Charlotte rocker accompanied Hilton on a work trip to St. Louis this weekend, where she went to promote her new fragrance.Maybe Benji will even accompany Paris to nightclub Home, where she is scheduled to DJ on Saturday night.
