Centava Dozier Sues American Airlines!!

Meet Centava Dozier, the woman filing a $200,000 lawsuit against American Airlines because she claims a passenger masturbated in the seat next to her during her flight.Centava Dozier filed her American Airlines masturbation lawsuit on Monday, March 17, 2008.Centava Dozier is 21 years of age. She hails from Harris County, Texas near Houston. During Spring Break 2006, she was flying from Houston to L.A. with a stop-over in Dallas.

In the lawsuit, Dozier alleges that she was sitting in an empty row when she fell asleep. When she woke up, she found a sticky substance in her hair and a man sitting next to her masturbating. She says she asked the man to go back to his seat but he did not. She claims that no one on the American Airlines staff assisted her. Dozier was flying from Dallas to Los Angeles at the time, and when the plane touched down, police officers took the man into custody. For its part, American Airlines says that appropriate action was taken by the on-flight crew.

Dozier says,“He was just staring at me. I was completely terrified. I was scared. I was crying. If you’re a flight attendant, you’re supposed to be moving about the cabin, making sure everybody’s safe. I really feel like American Airlines plays a big role in what happened to me.”In the lawsuit, Dozier alleges that the stress from the incident was so great that she quit school and her job.
