Snoop Dog’s Wife Is Shante Broadus

Shante Broadus is a clothing designer, a reality show star and the wife of rapper Snoop Dogg.TMZ reports Shante was arrested in Fullerton, California where she was charged with driving under the influence. Fullerton does not require bail for a DUI so Shante was “released with a citation.”

Shante Taylor Broadus is primarily known for being the wife of the famous rapper. The two are high school sweethearts and married on June 12, 1997. The couple have three children together, two sons and a daughter. After going through a rough patch, Shante and Snoop renewed their vows for their 10th anniversary.

“We have been together a long time and that is on the strength of me. I’m a real person and he knows that. He tried to go and do what he wanted to do and he did and he came back. He seen that it don’t get no better than this.”Shante is referring to Snoop filing for divorce in 2004, citing irreconcilable differences and seeking custody of their children.Along with being Snoop’s “Boss Lady,” Shante has a clothing line that is mostly t-shirts and sweats. She relates it to the Juicy Couture label. She is also taking acting classes, but not actively pursuing any roles. Although, she says she’ll take a guest appearance if one was offered.
