Coco Sumner is Pete Doherty’s Girlfriend!

Coco Sumner is the daughter of Sting and a great musician in her own right. She’s also rumored to be spending time with Pete Doherty which does not make her father happy.Pete and Coco first met at jazz bar in London and then spotted again at Glastonbury. Other concert goers saw the two lying in her tent during the music festival.

“I was standing next to Coco’s tent after Pete had played his set, and one of her friends went to check on her. She unzipped the door, and Pete was lying outstretched in her tent. He looked very comfortable and was smoking something - the tent was full of smoke but it was impossible to tell what it was. He seemed pretty out of it, though.”Apparently, when word got back to Sting he was livid and does not approve of this friendship.

Coco Sumner, real name Eliot Pauline was born July 30 1990, which makes her age 17. Her parents, Sting and Trudie Styler, lived together for a long period of time before marrying in ‘92. She has one sister, two brothers and two half-siblings from Sting’s previous marriage.

Coco has followed in her father’s footsteps with a music career, which is also how she came into contact with Doherty. She heads up the band “I Blame Coco,” who recently found themselves in a bidding war for a record contract but eventually signed with Island Records. Her voice is definitely unique and the band has a reggae sound.
