Meet Stevi Perry, Miss Arkansas, who was crowned Miss Teen USA 2008 in a dramatic finish.The Miss Teen queen beat out first runner up Brittany Pjetraj, Miss South Carolina, and second runner up Julia Dalton, MIss North Carolina. Carolina gals rule, but Miss Arkansas beat ‘em.The other top five finishers were Lindsey Evans, Miss Louisiana Teen USA and Shareece Laree Pfeiffer, Miss Idaho.
