WWE Diva Candice Michelle Gets Political
What do you get when you toss a naughty WWE diva at a bunch of Democrats looking for a good time at the Democratic National Convention? Were you thinking Robe Lowe? Not this time as according to the Rocky Mountain News, WWE diva Candice Michelle is hoping her appearance will equal votes. She is in Denver and was even interviewed on Fox News by the stunning Megyn Kelly on Tuesday.Aaron J. Lopez of the Rocky Mountain News quipped in a column that the interview may have just set the tone for day two of the Democratic National Convention. Candice Michelle told Megyn Kelly she was there to work with WWE wrestler Batista at the Rock the Vote Mobile Bus powered by AT&T to register voters.
A report from the WWE shows that the league won't be playing favorites this political season, as they will include the other party as well. The report notes that next week, Shawn Michaels, Mr. Kennedy and Diva Mickie James will be at the Republican National Convention in Minneapolis-St. Paul.Rock the Vote (RTV) is a program designed to get young people involved in the political process and RTV is working to encourage 18- to 30-year-old voters to become more active in the political system.
