However in efforts to boost ratings, he will have some help from fellow reality show hosts.
Heidi Klum (”Project Runway”), Howie Mandel (”Deal or No Deal”), Jeff Probst (”Survivor”) and Tom Bergeron (”Dancing with the Stars”) will all share hosting responsibilities at the 60th Primetime Emmy Awards.“I’m totally up for making fun of ourselves, doing goofy things,” Klum told The Associated Press. “I’m totally up for the game. Bring it on!”“We’re gonna look like four maitre d’s following her around,” Bergeron has joked.“The five of us know each other and have really good chemistry together. It will seem comfortable, natural and most of all fun,” Seascrest said.
To open the show, Oscar-winner Helen Mirren, Charlie Sheen, Kristin Chenoweth and Jeremy Piven will deliver popular TV catch phrases. Emmy producers have revealed that the cast of a popular TV show that split more than a decade ago will reunite for the first time, so that shall be interesting to see!As far as 2008 Emmy Winners, NBC’s “30 Rock” and AMC’s “Mad Men” are expected to win big. Mad Men and 30 Rock are clearly in the lead this year, with a staggering 16 nominations for Mad Men and 17 for 30 Rock.The 2008 Emmy Awards is set to be full of fun and surprises, and will surely be a night to remember.
