The two, who set box office records in Titanic, will once again play lovers in the film. Many women would sell their souls to have a sex scene with Leo, but Kate said it was quite awkward.

She explained: “I just kept saying, ‘This is too… weird.’“And Leo was like, ‘Oh, get over it.’ And I’m going, ‘Yeah, a little reminder: You’re my best friend. He’s my husband. This is a bit weird.’“I hadn’t realized how much my chemistry with him since Titanic would still stick. It’s great to discover we can just slip right into it, like muscle memory.”What made the situation weird is Kate’s husband Sam Mendes, is the director of the movie. Revolutionary Road is about a young couple living in the 1950’s struggling to come to terms with their marriage and problems while trying to raise their two children. Another tearjerker. I played this very clever cat-and-mouse game to get my husband and then my best friend involved.”
