The seventh season of Dancing With the Stars Premires Tonight

The seventh season of Dancing With the Stars
The seventh season of Dancing With the Stars, which begins at 7 tonight on ABC, promises so many superlatives that it's hard to keep up. It's got the largest cast, the oldest and youngest dancers, the sportiest contenders (two Olympic gold medalists and one Super Bowl champion) and the Emmy-losingest daytime actress (sorry, Susan Lucci). And, as always, the show will feature the tannest and most sequined humans ever. The competition will probably also be the most stressful for the cast, as they have to learn two dances right out of the gate for the three-night premiere in which one couple will be eliminated Tuesday, and another will be dismissed Wednesday.

The cast of Dancing With the Stars

Lance Bass
(partnered with DWTS newcomer Lacey Schwimmer)

Maurice Greene
(partnered with Cheryl Burke)

Susan Lucci
(partnered with Tony Dovolani)

Cody Linley
(partnered with Julianne Hough)

Toni Braxton (partnered with Alec Mazo): Is the ultracomposed singer even capable of embracing her inner chacha? We'll see.

Brooke Burke (partnered with Derek Hough): Her bio says she's a "host, actress, entrepreneur, celebrity mom," but many just know her as host of the incredibly obnoxious show Wild On! Which may make us want to "Vote Off."

Rocco DiSpirito (partnered with Karina Smirnoff): Judge Bruno Tonioli is going to have too much fun with the celebrity chef's last name: "Rocco, you danced with zero spirito!" (Seriously. It's coming.)

Kim Kardashian (partnered with Mark Ballas): The reality-TV star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians will also deal with assorted jokes about keeping up on the floor. We should also expect a lot of butt-centric outfits to show off her famed attribute. Sorry.

Cloris Leachman Cloris Leachman (partnered with Mark Ballas' dad, Corky Ballas): The Mary Tyler Moore Show's feisty Phyllis is 82 – years young, we're guessing.

Misty May-Treanor (partnered with Maksim Chmerkovskiy): The gold-medal-winning volleyball player has lots of MVP stats on her bio. But none for high-kicking.

Ted McGinley (partnered with Inna Brayer): The perennial TV star has hung out with the Fonz, Al and Peggy Bundy and The Love Boat 's Gopher. But being a walking Trivial Pursuit answer does not guarantee twinkled toes.

Jeff Ross (partnered with Edyta Sliwinska): This year's Adam Carolla is famous for roasting people. Look out, Bruno.

Warren Sapp (partnered with Kym Johnson): The retired defensive tackle and Super Bowl champion was once kicked out of a game for unsportsmanlike conduct. We'll say it again: Look out, Bruno.
