Meet Jill Ishkanian, the woman who reportedly called 911 on Heather Locklear. She is a former US Weekly employee who is under investigation for hacking into the tabloid’s computer system so she could locate celebrities.TMZ has discovered that Jill Ishkanian is the woman who called 911 on Heather Locklear for her DUI. And according to them, she also tipped off the paparazzi. This is a shady situation, especially when you consider Jill Ishkanian is a former US Weekly staffer who is under investigation for allegedly hacking into the tabloid’s computer system to locate celebrities.

Jill Ishkanian is a former US Weekly employee who left the tabloid in 2005 to start her own celebrity photo agency, Sunset Photo. Shortly after leaving she became under investigation for hacking into the computers, allegedly stealing celebrity information and photographs.Federal agents raided Jill Ishkanian home and business, detained her and confiscated computer equipment and documents. However no charges were ever brought against her and she was not arrested. She later filed a lawsuit claiming US Weekly editors lied to the FBI.

Jill Ishkanian back in the news for shady circumstances yet again, as TMZ reports that the day of Heather Locklear’s arrest, she followed Locklear in the Montecito area. Ishkanian watched the actress go to a store, and when Heather got in her car, she then called 911. Heather had not even started driving at the time. They also report that immediately after Ishkanian called 911, she called a paparazzi agency.
