Don’t miss it. This time, your favorite contestants have gone country. Randy Travis will be on hand as season 8 first mentor, helping the 11 contestants find the country music within. It will certainly be interesting to see Adam Lambert, the rocker, for instance, take on Nashville.

The American Idol Season 8 show will air on Tuesday, March 17 starting at 8:00 PM ET/PT, 7:00 PM Central/MT and run for two hours. Your American Idol Top 13 included Adam Lambert, Alexis Grace, Allison Iraheta, Anoop Desai, Danny Gokey, Jasmine Murray, Jorge Nunez, Kris Allen, Lil Rounds, Matt Giraud, Megan Joy, Michael Sarver and Scott MacIntyre. I am particularly looking forward to more of Scott MacIntyre’s performance, not only because he is from Arizona (my home state), but he definitely BRINGS IT when he’s tickling those ivories. We now have American Idol Top 11 as two have been sent home, Jasmine Murray and Jorge Nunez. Who will continue? Who will be sent home? There’s always the question; who is doing to deliver the praiseworthy performance that pleases the judges and the viewers and who is going to be sent home next. Alas, there are many contenders but only one American Idol!
