Halle Berry wades through the surf in a cotton dress verging on transparent and relaxes in a revealing crochet dress looking every inch the alluring star.She knows how to play a role - and when it comes to launching your own brand of perfume - that has to be nothing short of stunningly sexy and available.The 42-year-old becomes the latest in a long line of celebs to promote their own line of fragrance - but hers has taken more work than most.

She has spent two years coming up with the scent, a woody smell and image are meant to evoke memories of the beach.Halle told the WWDBeauty website: ‘(Before my fragrance) I was mixing other brands that shall remain nameless to make my own scent with fig and mimosa.‘With Halle, I added olibanum, which is an African root, which brings spice to the fragrance, and sandalwood, which smoothes everything out and makes it yummy.‘It’s very sensual, very natural, very much reflective of the outdoors.’
