Hollyoaks Girls Strip off to Shoot New Bikini Calendar

It is one of the most hotly-anticipated publications of the year - and it looks as if the Hollyoaks girls have made sure it will be a bestseller.The glamorous actresses slipped out of character and into their bikinis to shoot their 2010 calender this weekend.Taking over the mansion which featured in the hit TV show Footballers' Wives, the girls pouted and posed as they lounged around the pool.

But it wasn't all work for the actresses, who played with a dachshund, took a dip in the idyllic pool and lapped up the sunshine.They even took part in a huge waterfight, spraying each other with powerful waterguns.Gemma Merna was showered in water by two of her co-stars, eventually attempting to climb a tree to escape.

Loui Batley, who plays Sarah Barnes, and Zoe Lister, who stars as Zoe Carpenter, will make their exits before the end of the year.But it will not be an easy ride as one of the girls will be involved in a 'tragic curtain call', the soap's official website reported.Zoe, 27, who has been in the soap for three years, told the site: 'I've had a fantastic time in the show and have worked with some amazing people.

'I'm very sad to leave but feel that it's time to try new things.'Loui, 22, said of her four years in the Channel 4 series: 'I've learned so much, met lots of lovely people and made some incredible friends.'It's been a massive part of my life and will be a sad chapter to turn the page on.'
