Brad paid $293,000 For Angelina Jolie's B-Day Gift
Brad Pitt was in Basel, Switzerland yesterday for the Art Basel fair. Brad wasn’t just browsing, he went on a buying spree. The Huffington Post reports Brad paid $293,000 for the table above, hewn from a solid block of Carrara marble. He bought the foam and fiberglass “Family Lamp” above as well. According to US Magazine, he also bought chairs above. The two bronze chairs designed by Max Lamb were priced at $25,000 each, according to a fair attendee. And of course one needs a rug to set off the room. Brad ordered his rug made of an aluminum fiber for $175 per square foot. Brad also was coveting a $300,000 gold lacquer-coated Fiberglas sofa but decided to sleep on whether to buy it or not. It’s Angelina’s birthday today so maybe Brad was doing some last minute shopping. Guessing the furniture is destined for the new mansion the Brangelina’s recently leased in the French Riviera.
