Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal Getting Married

Rumor has it that the long-time secret lovebirds, Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal, are getting married. The only question is, do you believe it? Personally, I’m skeptical and filing this one in the rumor department, but here’s the story.Apparently Jake has been telling friends that he and Reese will tie the knot just before Christmas. December will be a busy month for the actor, who will just be finishing up his latest film “Prince of Persia, and turning 28 on December 19. He is currently in Morocco, filming. A source on the set says,

“He told me he had proposed several times but she kept telling him she wanted to give their relationship more time. When he asked her again a couple of weeks ago, she finally said yes.”

This isn’t the first time this story has made headlines. In January of this year, engagement rumors were flying, and the story even sounded strikingly similar, with Reese saying no several times before finally caving. Then in May the stories of marriage came trickling in again. That time it even made the cover of OK! Magazine. However, because all of these stories seem to have the same theme - that Reese kept saying “sometime”, maybe this time she really did say yes.
