Obama Infomercial Video Called ‘American Stories, American Solutions’ :Obama 30-Minute Ad
With the election only six days away, Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama’s long-awaited campaign infomercial aired Wednesday night (Oct. 29) and flooded seven television channels with a warm fuzzy message that was slickly produced to tout his everyman campaign.
Obama looked as polished as former President Ronald Reagan, who spent a career developing an on-air presence, as he talked about the troubles average Americans are facing both in the current downturn and long-term. The televised infomercial was only the first thrust of his closing campaign blitz.
He is also giving an interview to a prominent network news anchor, and appearing with fellow still wildly popular former President Bill Clinton at a rally timed to make the late-evening news. The effort was targeted at undecided and independent voters, who have been bombarded Republican John McCain’s strongly negative, last-ditch campaign that is going all out to attack Obama’s character.Watch Obama Infomercial Video here.
